In my 20’s, riding the 4 train from the Bronx into Manhattan every day, I read The NY Times. I had the subway car fold down to a tee. It’s crazy that I can’t remember the topic that changed my thinking. Whatever it was, it was a blatant lie. I never read the paper again. And later when I would see digital articles, I always looked at it as something to question. I’m 58. The NY Times is a propaganda paper and deserves no respect. If you read that paper, it is making you more ignorant at every read.

    • @tekton980
      @tekton980 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

Same here. Read it every day riding from Brooklyn to Manhattan in my late 20’s. Kept the unread pages in my backpack and tried to finish on the weekend religiously, as if it’s a class assignment. By Iraq War, I knew it was all a lie. I think it’s Eric Weinstein who describes it as ‘narrative driven journalism’. It’s the Bible that needs to be ready daily all your life, it’s not that you don’t know what’s in the next line. My friends still reverently refer to NYT as a ‘good paper of record’. I suppress the laughter and try to keep the friends.

The country will probably never go that far right because most conservatives are extremely strong constitutionalists. When conservatives are in power we believe in your constitutional rights as much as our own. That is why Trump did not send federal troops to BLM riots in various states. He let the governors of those states decide. Trump never set federal rules on COVID - he let governors decide. Trump does not want a federal abortion ban - He supports the Supremes Court Decision to leave it up to the states. Trump is a strong constitutionalist.

Then there's the passages that were ahead of their time by millennium. That God stretched out the heavens and hung the earth on nothing.

Been listening to Bret since 2020 the outbreak of the Pandemic.
He was one of the few voices of reason and support throughout that period who was ridiculed and mocked because of it.
He stood strong and most of what he reported turned out to be 100% true.
However that was just the tip of the iceberg of this man's knowledge and how he explains complex understandings in simple easy digestable sentences to us the lay person.

He’s a smart guy for sure and I like him too. But as a physician when I hear him talk about medical science it’s extremely clear that he’s a biologist and not a doctor. The “aspirating back” covid vaccine theory is one example that makes almost no sense whatsoever. You’re not going to be able to draw blood back from a needle that small, and even if you could, the odds of getting a significant amount in the vein when you slam the vaccine in is almost impossible. If this happened we would see all sorts of arterial injuries and embolisms from arterial injections too. It’s just not something I would put any thought into from an epidemiological perspective.
And the same can be said for almost every other medical topic he approaches. It’s odd to me that he is so rigorously skeptical about UFO’s but is objectively conspiratorial about COVID. I find Eric much more interesting and evidence-based overall.

At 3:15.27, Bret says that if you give an injection and you aspirate, and get blood in the syringe, you should push the needle further in to get out of the blood vessel, then inject. I worked as an RN for 25 years, and that's 1000% WRONG. If you give an injection, aspirste and get blood, you immediately withdraw the needle and throw the syringe in the sharps container (discard it), and prepare another injection...draw up the correct dose of the correct medicine, give it by the tight route...intramuscularly
... and give another injection, aspirate, and if you dont get blood, give the injection. I have cared for a patient that received an injection of Dilantin intramuscularly (in error) instead of intravenously, and he lost his arm. It had to be taken off because it was gangrenous. (and no, I was not the nurse that made the error. It was one of my coworkers...an RN...and she owned up to her error). There are some medications, if given by the wrong route, that can be pretty instantly fatal. So if JOE or BRET reads this, please issue a retraction on that erroneous information. That said they also wanted to do covid shots on me and I refused, i was forced out of every social activity, it was really painful at the time, it was borderline authoritarian. Immediately after getting the vaccine, lasting for about 3 years, I started feeling weird heart palpitations, and panic attacks. Would get short of breath, lifting weights became difficult, and really I just felt off. I’ve had multiple ECGs and chest X-Rays. Everything checked out normal. It finally just went away, but I still don’t feel the same as before. Learning about this really pisses me off. I don’t know if all this was caused by the vaccine, but I don’t know that it wasn’t. 1:56:00 ill just say this, as a person who have lived several years in China and absolutely love the country and people.
When i sat in my apartment in January 2020, and a local friend asked me "have you seen the news?", i didnt think much of it.
And today, we dont think "as much" of it as we did during the height of the panic.
But back then, by end of January 2020, ALL major cities in China were in complete lockdown. Truck drivers werent even allowed to make supply runs to supermarkets in million pop cities.
The only reason China reacted like that, unlike any other nations reaction to any previous pathogen, must have been because they knew something.
The fact Anthony Fauci still to this day isnt in a cell in Guantanamo is beyond unbelievable.

I was in the Marine Corps when I was essentially forced to get the vaccine. At the time, I didn’t want to take it, but I was up for Corporal, and getting the vaccine felt like the only option if I wanted to avoid being kicked out and keep my benefits. Adding to the pressure, my girlfriend of two years, who was an officer in the Navy, made it clear that we couldn’t stay together if I got kicked out of the Marines.
So, with all of that weighing on me, I ended up getting the shot. But I’ve regretted that decision ever since. Now, I constantly live in fear for my health. I experience frequent heart palpitations, and it’s gotten so bad that there are nights when I can’t sleep because my heart just won’t calm down. At this point, I feel like I’m just waiting for the worst to happen, and it’s absolutely terrifying.
I’m only 23 years old, and I shouldn’t have to live with this fear. It makes me so angry-angry that I had to choose between my career, my relationship, and my own well-being. I just want to share my story because I know I’m not the only one who’s been put in this kind of impossible position.

During Trump’s first presidency, he positioned himself as someone who wouldn’t be beholden to the political establishment (donors, lobbyists, and career politicians) making it easier for him to enact policies that reflected the will of the people rather than the wishes of powerful elites. That’s why they hate him. They cannot control him.
Issues like healthcare (such as abortion rights), environmental policies, and education were and are the sole responsibility of each state to establish laws concerning and representative of the values of that state’s population.
The founding fathers were familiar with government overreach so they wrote this into the constitution. The decentralization of power allows states to tailor their laws and policies to the needs and values of their populations, preserving regional diversity and preventing total control from Washington, D.C. That is our 10th amendment.
If you do not like the laws and policies of a particular region or state as a citizen of the United States, you have the right to move to an area which aligns with your particular beliefs. That fact is truly what has always made America Great!
However, our federal government with its life-long politicians have become money-hungry and power-drunk. They want to control everyone and everything. That is why they are now attacking this founding document!

I plan to vote for Trump, I might of Voted for RFK Jr had he seemed to get a fair shake, which he obviously didn't. But he sure has captured the minds of all real Patriots & Americans. He and his Family are American Royalty & RFK Jr. seems to be the perfect representative of his Family & our Country.
Early on I actually kept saying I wished RFK Jr & Trump should of Teamed up because the Win would be a guarantee. And we all know the most important thing is that the Democrats Lose. Harris is a Joke and can not be given an opportunity to further destroy & erode our great Country more than she already has over the last 4 years.

The intravenous issue with covid injections is a massive issue. I have a good friend who is a GP. She simply will not talk about anything related to covid anymore. She told me over a year ago that the feeling of guilt for what she has been a part of is genuinely unbearable at times. Most of us are living with time-bombs in our system that we volunteered for. And none of it will be attributed to the vaccination if we die 'strangely.'

I get that her guilt must be a huge burden, but her silence is just perpetuating the problem. If she really cares she does have more ability than most of us to try to make a difference. What is done is done and can't be changed, but there's so much she can do now. For example, as a doctor she can use her voice to educate people and speak out about what happened. It's the continued silence that is allowing all this to continue and there's still surprisingly so many people that still don't know the truth about the vaccine. Alone we don't have much power, but all together we have all the power. We all can make a small difference and right now we can't afford to not try to do just that. Staying silent is the worse thing we can do right now and silencing people is exactly what the people in power have been trying to do since the beginning.

In Oregon we have to vote by mail. The envelopes for the ballots are color coded based on the party you are registered with: democrat, republican, independent, etc, so that anyone can look at the envelope and instantly know if it is a republican vs democrat voting. We also have this thing called "ballot harvesting" which is somehow legal. It is where people go door to door with blank ballots, ask people who have not voted to vote, then turn the ballots in to be counted. This is done when a candidate or ballot measure is not going their party's way, so they do this to sway the vote to their desired outcome. The most egregious example of this is when Chris Dudley, a former NBA player, had an MBA from Harvard, was running for Governor as a republican. The final night of the election, around 5pm, won the race for governor. It was within a few thousand votes. The democrats went all over the most heavily democratic areas in the state (like Portland) ballot harvesting all night long, telling people if they didn't vote we would be stuck with a republican governor. They even would offer to fill the ballot out for the voters and have them sign the ballot. By the next day, they had got enough votes to turn the election and Chris Dudley lost.

And of course the local press are captured by big money and trying to gaslight people over here, too.
Well, at least they report such cases, labelled it as "tragic coincidence", but never raise one suspicious question "why are so many young athletes dying from cardiac arrest?"

The game of soccer was never played at the level of fitness it is now. If you go back a decade or two... People used to walk. Now every player other than the goalie runs a minimum of 10km per games. Sprints back and forth.
Not saying covid vaccines couldn't be killing people. But the same was said of doping and other reasons pre-covid.
You need to be super human to be playing in almost any sports now a days, and the incentive to dope is ever so high when you see the salaries of the top athletes in the top sports.
People dope in the olympics where you make no cash. People dope in cycling where the pay is trash. People are certainly doping in soccer.

What you're saying is illogical. Even if you were correct about football having a significantly higher fitness requirement today than it did a decade ago (which you aren't, better conditioning but the requirement is negligibly higher in the context you're using it) there are many other sports that have always had a fitness requirement equal to or higher than football, for many many decades, and those sports also had athletes abusing drugs, which actually disposes you to cardiac arrest, none of them have this issue. You have inverted logic by saying that people being fitter, better condition and having their work loads managed by a team of specialists are more disposed to heart failure.
