    Thanks for the sharing .
    I usually doing workout together using bootcamp style. And there is the list of my exercise :
    1. Upper body : push up,
    2. Abs : leg raises. Heel taps , crunch and mountain climbers.
    3. Lower boddy : squat, lungees
