There are so few truly good thrillers out there - I highly recommend Jeong You-Jeong. She has two books translated into English, The Good Son (go in knowing NOTHING!) and Seven Years of Darkness. SO much better than any US/UK author written thrillers I've read lately. Also, I think I've said this before, but I love how you describe books - most reviews are pretty similar, but you always mention things that get me interested in a book that other reviewers never mentioned.
Wow I did not realize there was a lot of people hating on Scarlet. I thought she was chill, but I agree that Tella is the more fascinating character. Can we talk about how Stephanie Garber's next book is featuring Jacks!

If you didn't know, Mistborn was planned as three trilogies in different time periods (medieval, modern day, and futuristic), with a fourth (Old West) era added after the success of a standalone book. This one seems to be based on a star in the constellation Cetus which, coincidentally, is starting to become visible in the morning right before dawn where I am
The Maidens' resolution was also like 4 pages? Too short for such a shocking ending. I would have liked it MUCH better if he spent more time delving into how the murderer almost got away with their 'perfect' plan (and why it failed!!!) and discussing their past trauma, especially acknowledging they were/are a victim more seriously.
I don’t typically read thrillers because i don’t typically really enjoy them so your rant was highly entertaining. Edit because I had more thoughts, if you like the mistborn series and want to continue Brandon Sanderson books I highly recommend the stormlight archives.
Stormlight Archives is a big commitment. Each book is about 1200 pages and the series has a steep learning curve. Thats not to say that they aren't amazing, but I'm not sure if Cari really reads epic fantasy. If not, Elantris or The Rithmatist, which are standalone (though still in the Cosmere) might be better choices
the maidens was sooooooooo bad its just a dumb MC with a bunch of useless characters just to " confuse " you without any other purpose + zero investigation + bad mental health and therapy representation and to finish it off we got a twist that is there just for the sake of being a twist. that pretty much summarize my feeling about this book honestly i almost can't believe this author has experience in the mental health and psychotherapy field
yesss Mistborn!! also if you don’t know Arrival is based on a short story by Ted Chiang included in Stories of Your Life, which is a great sci-fi anthology :)
hey cari, i really just want to thank you for your videos!! i always loved your vlogs on your other channel and thought i should check out your book videos…and all i can say, it got me back into reading a couple months ago and i‘m so happy about that 💖 before that i haven’t really picked up a book outside of university in years (very embarrassed to say that now lmao)
omg that was totally me! i think in university i read maybe 4 books in total and then when i started working i had no time to read :') glad we both came back to it because reading is really the best
I'm still suspicious about him . I feel like maybe he is going to have a role in the author's next book if he chooses to make references about the Maidens ahaha
📚 Thanks for the video!! I was wondering if you would be interested in making a video talking about how you use Libby and Overdrive, like what library do you use? how many library cards did you put in them? is there a way to request books that are not in the library collection? etc. Thanks again for the video! as someone who loves tella's pov - tella is just an ✨exciting✨ girl to look up to ofc scarlett is a good girl but for this theme tella fits more (trust me guys, scarlett is fun too but she is good to keep you grounded - especially for tella😂)
Hi Cari, i loved "Arrival" too! Have you read the short story is based on - "Story of Your Life" by Ted Chiang? I think it's even better than the movie. And I really really recommend his other short stories (because he seems to write only them :(
im on page 230 of the maidens and I have to say I feel so much more passive about it than I was hoping for. I watched noelle gallagher rave about it and bought it almost immediately partly for the review and partly bc it had the perfect ingredients, I wonder whether the twist will fix it or ruin it for me like it did with you!
@@aisha1447 omg youtube is wild! i left this comment as a reply to someone else and thought it got deleted but it somehow moved to this comment??? another mystery ahhahahaha
okay update, I've finished it and yeah that twist was wild and I 100% agree that i wish we had more chapters exploring what that meant for everyone especially considering the mental health and therapy angle the story was taking on tragedy
@@yashwinnivijayasekar7348 yeah I think so. Brandon is very good at worldbuilding to make the reader understand what’s going on and how the magic system works. And Mistborn series isn’t really a high fantasy novel like lord of the rings or game of thrones is, so it’s a pretty good starter fantasy book.
A lot of books have been making me mad lately which sucks, and I’m glad it’s not just me, but I’m starting to wonder what other readers thoughts are on this! I’m starting to worry that I don’t like reading anymore, but I have loved reading for so long. I just think it’s an interesting idea for a video maybe!
Haha okay, I literally just finished watching three of your videos back to back since I missed them. It was such a funny observation I don't know how I noticed it after so long maybe because I binged many videos together. Anyway, hope you are doing well and best luck with the move 😁
I liked the sci-fi style of The Martian and from what you're saying the setup of The Hail Mary Project seems like a really good premise, so I'm going to try to check that one out ! Hope the move is going well and like the air conditioner, bring on more chill content haha
If you haven’t read Girls Of Paper and Fire or Wilder Girls you neeeeeeeed to read them both they are so great! They are a little bit more dystopian than fantasy but they are amazing!
hey bestie i was wondering if youve already read the raven cycle series... its a bit old (i read it 6 years ago lol) but its still one of my absolutely favorites, specially characters and chosen family wise!!! its getting some hype on booktok for a while now so i was wondering if you have ever read it or have any interest in doing so... the author is kinda lame and annoying but we can just ignore that fact and enjoy some magic and cool cars :p
i read the first one and didnt really like it but everyone said you need to read more than one to "get it" so i will definitely be giving it another try in the future!
@@caricanread as far as i can remember i liked it waaaay more after the second book. i believe that the raven boys is that good ol’ case of starting a new fantasy where things can come off as too all over the place and confusing 🥲 but i remember really liking how the story expanded with the sequels (even though i didnt read the last one because i was too afraid ops) but anyway i would die for ronan and i think you Could potentially reach that mindset too!!! lol
Hey, love your channel💜 and wanted to recommend: if you like Si-Fi and sapphics then can you read “Gideon the ninth” (ONE OF MY FAVES) promise it’s soooo goood! Idk if anyone told you this but you always reminded me of a younger Donna from Suits 🤔 ( definitely a compliment dw 😂) Thanks for your videos, always a pleasure!
I don't really read sci-fi much but the way you described Project Hail Mary makes me wanna pick it up! Always in need of pure, wholesome, feel-good vibes.
Cari: So I disliked the Maidens so much * goes and reads the freakin book and comes back 4 days later after watching the video * : Omg girl now I share the same feeling
I love Sanderson's stand alone books: Elantris and also Warbreaker. It's nice to not have to commit to a whole (long) series. I liked Mistborn though. Have you ever read any of the Queen's Thief series by Megan Turner? The first book, The Thief, is a couple decades old but the newest and last book just came out within the last year or two. Excellent series.
The fact that we have to wait at least another 3+ years for Elantris 2+ 3 and Warbreaker sequel is devastating, though I can't complain about the entire Era 3 Mistborn trilogy coming out first....
Omg I had the exact same feelings and thoughts about the maidens! You are absolutely right. It was after all, unsatisfactory, resistable. It lacked this "rational" excitement anyone gets solving the mystery.
@@caricanread It's fine, after all there are so many more books to read!! Hope you're all doing fine with the moving, it is no doubt an immensely stressful situation. Love love your channels❤️❤️❤️
Hi Cari! BookswithEmilyFox reviewed Survive the Night a few months back and brought up the fact that Riley Sager's name is a pen name and that this is probably done on purpose since women are the main audience of mystery/thriller right now and making his gender obscure could help with sales. I also saw WithCindy talk about Survive the Night as well and every single one of you talked about how dumb the female characters are and how it was really insulting since a man wrote it. So you're not alone and also, umm. His publishers should probably look into him because he seems sketch. I have never read anything by him but I'm never going to. Thanks for the warning!
Cari!! If you love Arrival you might seriously enjoy reading Ted Chiang's written work! The movie was based on one of his short stories, called "Story of your life", and I think his writing is brilliant! awesome video as always, looove the coziness of it.
"Tout" rhymes with "spout, pout, sprout, trout, mount, grout," but then you've got "crouton," which is no "crow-ton" but "croo-ton." English, the amalgamation of so many European languages. ^J^ When was the first time you heard "Goethe" spoken aloud after having seen it in print many times over many years?
Saw a Tik tok literally yesterday related to this lol. A guy wrote on a board “to” and had the people with him say the word, then he wrote “do”, repeat, then he was like “then what the fuck is this?” And wrote the word “so” on the board 😅😅😂 gotta love the English language lol
I just don't vibe with booktube/booktok recommendations for thrillers (or anything at all tbh). If you want a well written and good thriller/mystery just go with Jo Nesbø (Harry Hole serie) Camilla Läckberg (Fjallbacka) Stieg Larsson, Michael Bussi.. Just some of my favs
I'm reading Mistborn 2 too, i'm in the half of it, a little too political for me but i'm still interested in knowing what is going to happen in the last book :D
I DNF'd The Maidens after 20 pages. I was FURIOUS at how it portrayed the main character, specifically with how she was portrayed as a psychologist (highly unprofessional) and how things happened TO her instead of her making decisions/taking action. I feel like this book was trying to be The Secret History but with very poor prose and execution. I was disappointed because it had been on my holds list for months, and the hype made it's fall from grace even more devastating.
hi cari! have you read never let me go by kazuo ishiguro? if you have, can you include it in some of your future videos. it's one of my favorite books and i want to hear what you thought about it 😊
Very random and not related to the vid at all but if you haven't read it and fancy a bit of a change of genre, the call of the wild is actually really good. I don't often enjoy classics BUT reading this currently and loving it! Helps that I love dogs, although some of it is definitely hard to read 😔 but very well done.
I just finished kingdom of the wicked and I'm so mad. I had been very busy and had to return it so I read the book in a day. I thought it was a stand alone and in the last 100 pages I started to suspect it was not. Of course its part of a trilogy! And it only came out last October!! 🙄 rant over. Thanks for the lovely video Cari, definitely renting 'we hunt the flame' 🙂
I actually LOVED The Maidens!!😄 And just recently also read The Silent Patient. Which I also really liked. But for me I still like The Maidens more! Not reading that much thrillers though…:)
hi! could you do a thriller book recommendation video? like your favourite thrillers? that would be awesome I’m trying to read those but don’t really know where to start
I also got six of crows sorta vibes from mistborn! That first thought came to me once they started plotting a heist and I had to pretend what was going on 🥴
i got tricked into reading the maidens by both my mom and cousin 😭😭 there were so many pointless characters and scenes in the story that accumulated into a hot mess of a story. i kid you not, everyone from the the therapy group stalker guy, to the psychic love interest from the train ride, to the creepy ex-colleague, all felt randomly thrown in in a poor attempt to make it seem like there was actually any substance to the narrative (which there wasn’t!) not to mention the twist which didn’t make much sense, but also ended the novel horribly.
Hey guys..I wanna buy a book for my frnd 1.Heartless by Melissa Meyer 2.Spinning silver by Naomi Novik 3. To kill a kingdom by Alexandra Christo Which book did you like the most?
Wow... i literally bought the Maidens book two days ago so that i can read it after i was finished with the folk of the air series... and my bookstore rarely purchases new books and i thought it was really old or sth.. and now Im not even sure I wanna read it anymore ugg But im slightly curious to know about the twist
I READ THE MAIDENS TOO AND IM SO ANGRY ABOUT IT ???? it could have been so good :(((( i was so upset edit: can you pls make a spoiler video on survive the night and final girls because i wanna know what you particularly hate about it. im curious and i dont wanna read them lmao
cariiiii if you like the sort of band of misfits with specialties (and unspeakable tragedy) you should read the sparrow by mary doria russell. it's a sci-fi novel about a... private (not secret) jesuit mission making first contact with an alien society. it's so good. like it's literally so good. emilio is THE main character.
I just discovered your channel and am pleased to find we have similar tastes. Survive the Night was a giant disappointment and I was thinking Riley Sager must have had a ghost writer for this book. Also I found the Maidens disappointing also since I did enjoy the Silent Patient. Unfortunely I have had a run of 3 star books.
I just got the Maidens. I'm scared to read it know. Maybe the author was trying to to expose the realty of the "all men" for women. But I'm scared he didn't do it right😕 😅 definitely want to check out We hunt the Flame duology. I did also read These Hollow Vows and I was a little disappointed, but if there is another book I would like read it and give it another chance
u probably get this alll the time but I always thought you resembled someone & then you brought up Arrival and I realized... AMY ADAMS! literal doppelgänger
Caraval wasn't very good. I may have gae it 2-3 stars. There was something unfinished for me, so somehow I got myself to read the next book. Book two and three were so much better. I gave the books away since they were not all that memorable for me, just a decent read.
OHHHH cold And dark forest.. Alright I'm interested. Agree about the "women being brutalized" trope it.. sure is a kink *coughasadcreaderifispeak*... I've also been reading thrillers and watching old detective movies. I was supposed to read fantasy but I can't.... Feeling fantasy fatigued after some DNF's and a weird book that I regret finishing. Honestly I just wanna get to winter so I can reread the series that's pretty much one of my 5 personality traits at this point... You got recruited into the Sanderson army... congrats?
I actually loved Scarlett and Tella respectively, they bring out the magic of Caraval in their own ways. It would be so boring if both sisters act the same.

honestly i almost can't believe this author has experience in the mental health and psychotherapy field
SUCH a letdown :(
Yes yes yes agree 100 percent
Omg and yes to project Hail Mary! Also read that last month and it was sooooo freaking good. I would die for rocky.
MY FAV!!!!
Hope the moving is going smoothly! I myself am moving houses atm and I know how tedious and tiring it could be!
thank you! hope everything works well for you too!!
Always looking forward to your long book reviews and recommendations! 😊📖
wahhh thank you always!!!
yesss Mistborn!! also if you don’t know Arrival is based on a short story by Ted Chiang included in Stories of Your Life, which is a great sci-fi anthology :)
yes!! i have that collection^^
hey cari, i really just want to thank you for your videos!! i always loved your vlogs on your other channel and thought i should check out your book videos…and all i can say, it got me back into reading a couple months ago and i‘m so happy about that 💖 before that i haven’t really picked up a book outside of university in years (very embarrassed to say that now lmao)
omg that was totally me! i think in university i read maybe 4 books in total and then when i started working i had no time to read :') glad we both came back to it because reading is really the best
I just love how you summarize books 😁 I'm 100% with you on The Maidens, haha. I still think about Fred though and wonder what his deal was
ME TOO OMG . THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THINKING THAT HE WAS THE MURDERER. ALSO: WASN'T HE THE ONE WHO FOLLOWED MARIANA EVERYWHERE ?
I'm still suspicious about him . I feel like maybe he is going to have a role in the author's next book if he chooses to make references about the Maidens ahaha
📚 Thanks for the video!! I was wondering if you would be interested in making a video talking about how you use Libby and Overdrive, like what library do you use? how many library cards did you put in them? is there a way to request books that are not in the library collection? etc. Thanks again for the video! It really made my day better! 💕📚
as someone who loves tella's pov - tella is just an ✨exciting✨ girl to look up to ofc scarlett is a good girl but for this theme tella fits more (trust me guys, scarlett is fun too but she is good to keep you grounded - especially for tella😂)
yes!! i still like her and would probably be more like her ahahhaa
I am so happy you read the Caraval series! I love that series so much.
Hi Cari, i loved "Arrival" too! Have you read the short story is based on - "Story of Your Life" by Ted Chiang? I think it's even better than the movie. And I really really recommend his other short stories (because he seems to write only them :(
Hi! I just wanted to say that I love your videos and i think they are very helpful for picking new books to read. 💗
thank you so much :'''')
im on page 230 of the maidens and I have to say I feel so much more passive about it than I was hoping for. I watched noelle gallagher rave about it and bought it almost immediately partly for the review and partly bc it had the perfect ingredients, I wonder whether the twist will fix it or ruin it for me like it did with you!
It’s not great, like Cari said, it had all the right ingredients, but it didn’t come through, I was kinda mad at it, feels a little stupid too.
@@caricanread I think you’ve replied to the wrong comment, or maybe I just read the wrong book😂
@@aisha1447 omg youtube is wild! i left this comment as a reply to someone else and thought it got deleted but it somehow moved to this comment??? another mystery ahhahahaha
@@caricanread Better than The Maidens for sure! 😂
okay update, I've finished it and yeah that twist was wild and I 100% agree that i wish we had more chapters exploring what that meant for everyone especially considering the mental health and therapy angle the story was taking on tragedy
I highly appreciate the time stamps in the description.
We love chill Cari okkkk ;)
Also, I am going to go order "We Hunt the Flame" duology to prepare for your future vid!!!!
yeeeee i hope you like it!!
Ugh so agree about Riley Sager. I think they chose that pen name specifically since the thriller audience is mainly women.
yeah i was so shocked :/
summer thunderstorms sound AMAZING i wish we had them here in california
i enjoy them when they're sporadic but in seoul we have them for a month straight hahah not as fun :')
Woot! Glad you enjoyed Mistborn! Good to hear your synopsis and thoughts on it. Have fun reading the rest of the series and welcome to the Cosmere!
Do you think it's a good series for someone who's sorta new to fantasy?
@@yashwinnivijayasekar7348 yeah I think so. Brandon is very good at worldbuilding to make the reader understand what’s going on and how the magic system works. And Mistborn series isn’t really a high fantasy novel like lord of the rings or game of thrones is, so it’s a pretty good starter fantasy book.
@@Daikas1 oh, greatt! Will definitely check it out, thank you so much😁
A lot of books have been making me mad lately which sucks, and I’m glad it’s not just me, but I’m starting to wonder what other readers thoughts are on this! I’m starting to worry that I don’t like reading anymore, but I have loved reading for so long. I just think it’s an interesting idea for a video maybe!
Haha okay, I literally just finished watching three of your videos back to back since I missed them. (Love your reviews and rants, you are an absolute delight) BUT I just realized you use the word "basically" a lot 🤣.
It was such a funny observation I don't know how I noticed it after so long maybe because I binged many videos together.
Anyway, hope you are doing well and best luck with the move 😁
I became very happy when I see you upload a new video and also It was an excellent video again 💛
thank youuuuu 💞
I liked the sci-fi style of The Martian and from what you're saying the setup of The Hail Mary Project seems like a really good premise, so I'm going to try to check that one out ! Hope the move is going well and like the air conditioner, bring on more chill content haha
hope you enjoy!! and ahhahahah thank you!!
@@caricanread as far as i can remember i liked it waaaay more after the second book. i believe that the raven boys is that good ol’ case of starting a new fantasy where things can come off as too all over the place and confusing 🥲 but i remember really liking how the story expanded with the sequels (even though i didnt read the last one because i was too afraid ops)
but anyway i would die for ronan and i think you Could potentially reach that mindset too!!! lol
It seems like we have different taste in thrillers because I have both The Maidens and Survive the Night 5 stars😂
Hey, love your channel💜 and wanted to recommend: if you like Si-Fi and sapphics then can you read “Gideon the ninth” (ONE OF MY FAVES) promise it’s soooo goood! And another great sapphic novella’s that I think you’ll enjoy is by nighi vo, and they are SO GOOD! Finally, another two books that I really think you’ll enjoy is “the jasmine throne” and “the unbroken” both are SPECTACULAR! (I am an avid sapphic reader so just wanted to recommend some for fun, read If you want) much love and keep up the good joy in your videos✨🧡✨
Idk if anyone told you this but you always reminded me of a younger Donna from Suits 🤔 ( definitely a compliment dw 😂)
Thanks for your videos, always a pleasure!
I don't really read sci-fi much but the way you described Project Hail Mary makes me wanna pick it up! Always in need of pure, wholesome, feel-good vibes.
Cari: So I disliked the Maidens so much
* goes and reads the freakin book and comes back 4 days later after watching the video * : Omg girl now I share the same feeling
It lacked this "rational" excitement anyone gets solving the mystery.
yeah i wish he had at least introduced the twist earlier so that we could at least unpack all that but :/
@@caricanread It's fine, after all there are so many more books to read!!
The movie was based on one of his short stories, called "Story of your life", and I think his writing is brilliant!
awesome video as always, looove the coziness of it.
yes, i read it!! i remember not fully understanding it because i think i expected it to be really similar to arrival but i need to give it a reread!
"Tout" rhymes with "spout, pout, sprout, trout, mount, grout," but then you've got "crouton," which is no "crow-ton" but "croo-ton." English, the amalgamation of so many European languages. ^J^ When was the first time you heard "Goethe" spoken aloud after having seen it in print many times over many years?
english is absolutely absurd hahahhahaha
Saw a Tik tok literally yesterday related to this lol. A guy wrote on a board “to” and had the people with him say the word, then he wrote “do”, repeat, then he was like “then what the fuck is this?” And wrote the word “so” on the board 😅😅😂 gotta love the English language lol
@@brantagonistt To do, so go, now and row a boat. ^J^
@@Sthemingway I applaud anyone who learns our language lol
Can you do a video of the books you have loved the best so far this year please? Love you ❤️.
I love these style videos. I also love your tour/trip vids. 😔🙏
10:11 LMAO
I DNF'd The Maidens after 20 pages. I was FURIOUS at how it portrayed the main character, specifically with how she was portrayed as a psychologist (highly unprofessional) and how things happened TO her instead of her making decisions/taking action. I feel like this book was trying to be The Secret History but with very poor prose and execution. I was disappointed because it had been on my holds list for months, and the hype made it's fall from grace even more devastating.
hi cari! have you read never let me go by kazuo ishiguro? if you have, can you include it in some of your future videos. it's one of my favorite books and i want to hear what you thought about it 😊
Im surprised you havent heard me talk about it! Its one of MY favorite books of all time 😂😂😂
Very random and not related to the vid at all but if you haven't read it and fancy a bit of a change of genre, the call of the wild is actually really good.
Thanks for the lovely video Cari, definitely renting 'we hunt the flame' 🙂
right?! i was pretty let down by that book but i will definitely be reading the sequel when its out!
I actually LOVED The Maidens!!😄 And just recently also read The Silent Patient. Which I also really liked. But for me I still like The Maidens more! Not reading that much thrillers though…:)
omg thats wild!! glad to see you're digging into that massive tbr pile at least heheh
hi! could you do a thriller book recommendation video? like your favourite thrillers? that would be awesome I’m trying to read those but don’t really know where to start
i rec truly devious!! really enjoyed this mystery/thriller series
yes! i devoured that series!
The maidens sounds like its trying to be 'the secret history' and 'the Magus'. two fantastic books, have you read?
Yesssss bring on the book recs 🥰📚
💞💞💞
I also got six of crows sorta vibes from mistborn! That first thought came to me once they started plotting a heist and I had to pretend what was going on 🥴
hehhe yes!! we love a band of misfits!!
i got tricked into reading the maidens by both my mom and cousin 😭😭
there were so many pointless characters and scenes in the story that accumulated into a hot mess of a story.
i kid you not, everyone from the the therapy group stalker guy, to the psychic love interest from the train ride, to the creepy ex-colleague, all felt randomly thrown in in a poor attempt to make it seem like there was actually any substance to the narrative (which there wasn’t!)
not to mention the twist which didn’t make much sense, but also ended the novel horribly.
Hey guys..I wanna buy a book for my frnd
1.Heartless by Melissa Meyer
2.Spinning silver by Naomi Novik
3. To kill a kingdom by Alexandra Christo
Which book did you like the most?
Try Magic for Liars for a really good dark academic thriller!
yes! i read that a few years ago i think and didnt love it but definitely enjoyed elements!
Wow... i literally bought the Maidens book two days ago so that i can read it after i was finished with the folk of the air series... and my bookstore rarely purchases new books and i thought it was really old or sth.. and now Im not even sure I wanna read it anymore ugg
But im slightly curious to know about the twist
definitely give it a try! i know people who really liked it but it wasnt for me at all :')
I love your chill talk videos😊
hehe thank you so much!
Have always been intimidated with the size of Mistborn but now it is on my TBR 😁✨
I READ THE MAIDENS TOO AND IM SO ANGRY ABOUT IT ???? it could have been so good :(((( i was so upset
edit: can you pls make a spoiler video on survive the night and final girls because i wanna know what you particularly hate about it. im curious and i dont wanna read them lmao
cariiiii if you like the sort of band of misfits with specialties (and unspeakable tragedy) you should read the sparrow by mary doria russell. it's a sci-fi novel about a... private (not secret) jesuit mission making first contact with an alien society. it's so good. like it's literally so good. emilio is THE main character.
ohhhhh i am intrigued!
I'm intrigued by this book....
Love your videos! Theyre comfy 🥰
Also I listened to the Audible version of Hail Mary and LOVED it...Highly recommend...
I’m new to your channel and I’ve been binge watching all your videos 🥰😍
AMY ADAMS! literal doppelgänger
hahaha im honored!
Caraval wasn't very good. I may have gae it 2-3 stars. There was something unfinished for me, so somehow I got myself to read the next book. Book two and three were so much better. I gave the books away since they were not all that memorable for me, just a decent read.
Oh my god you read mistborn!!! I’m so happy now!!! Y
yes!!!! and reading the second one now!!
It would be so boring if both sisters act the same.
i agree!!!
Ngl the maidens sound fantastic when you first described it that I actually wanted to pose your video and go watch it without any bad opinion in my mind. I might still
Some people i know really liked it!!
@@caricanread btw you’re my fave youtuber
you have to read the atlas six by olivie blake !! it has dark academia and amazing characters its SO SO good you'll love it :)
Oxford & Cambridge are definitely separate; kind of like Harvard and Yale type scenario 👍
