I was a PF member for years until they changed their weekend closing hours to 7PM. They say it’s staffing but I think it’s more greed than anything. So right now my membership is on suspension while I try Crunch out. It’s hard because I like the interior of PF better & they still do have a couple of locations further from me that are 24/7. And I reallly miss their massage chairs. Hydro massage just doesn’t do it for me.
BUT I notice a big difference in the clientele between the 2 gyms. I’ve noticed that the Crunch members are by far at the more advanced level of fitness.
I really appreciate everything that you do🔥❤️.
Planet Fitness is the Dollar General of gyms
Crunch is now 24 hours during the week with even more locations

Be aware of the Crunch Gym, personal trainer agreement! Is unlimited payment by auto renewal! They basically want to get paid for a service they didn't deliver, nor wasn't used.
I have no problem with Planet Fitness. Im not trying to be a body builder. I'm just trying to stay fit for my work. Works well for me.
I've been working out at my local PF for 2 years, I've never heard the lunk alarm( although I do agree it is ridiculous)I've never seen any pizza or snacks, old people work out there, big guys work out there....Why so much hate???

@@TeamSolution Sheboygan WI. Small city of 50,000. The only other "gym" around is Anytime Fitness, and they are pretty expensive
Here in Orlando FL, the PFs are pretty chill. It's a mixed crowd. I see older people along with big dudes. Everyone is respectful to one another and people normally put weights back in place along with cleaning equipment after they finish. I also see a lot of young ladies and I've never seen dudes harass them.
I have the black membership because I travel a lot for work. It's very convenient having access to showers when I'm on the road. $22.50/month, cant beat that.
At PF in Lima, Oh they had pizza one night of the week and Panera bagels one morning each week. Seemed kinda counter productive to me lol but I really liked the atmosphere there.
That being said I just joined Crunch down here in Florida.
A Crunch in our city is opening it’s doors VERY soon. 35,000 sq ft. According to my Zumba teacher who is leaving my current gym to become an instructor for them. No classes at PF plus no sauna are the two reasons why I would never join. However, both PF and crunch have red light therapy which I am wanting. My current gym does not have it. Also the HIIT classes at Crunch sound amazing!!!! Being able to bring a friend or family member is also a big perk.

They both have there places, PF have more locations, CF has better equipment.
Here in NYC crunch has signature clubs. More upscale than the franchised establishments.
I seen that and don't understand it. If I have a regular membership can I enter the signature club?

No judgements, same as Planet Fitness. Only Crunch started that slogan first. And they actually mean it lol
I appreciate this video a lot. But I feel this comparison is kinda misguided. For instance, you said the pricing at Crunch isn’t consistent and you would rather pay for a luxury gym instead of the high priced at some of the signature locations. But here in NYC most of the signature locations are luxury gyms. They offer classes and amenities that you wouldn’t see at the other locations. You also said cheaper gyms have cheaper clientele. I can assure you that you won’t find cheap clientele at those signature locations. Are there generally in more upscale neighborhoods. So the equipment and facilities are well maintained. So basically I’m saying they’re two different types of Crunch gyms.
But I loved the content of this video.

The best gym is a home gym for sure their all kinda not worth broke machine lazy employees I would say if you have a local ymca fitness gym it might be worth it also I like crunch as well planet fitness is a hot mess
Crunch is way better!! Planet fitness is like a fckn library for old people!! Crunch is way better and u can slam ur the weights without everyone breakin their necks lookin at U! So crunch all the way!!! 🙏🏽❤️💯
