It’s much better than just focusing on body building, calisthenics, or power lifting alone. Athletic training builds you a decent physique, makes you stronger by incorporating strength training , makes you more flexible and mobile by incorporating mobility , dynamic stretching, and calisthenics , and it makes you also have more energy since they also train cardio.
