So I just finished the Dance Workout Routine to lose belly fat and if I said I didn't sweat, I would be lying. This is one of my favorite dance workouts because of the target areas and I also enjoy the music as well. I've tried other dance videos to lose weight but none in my opinion is as fun and focused as yours. You my dear are the Afric Dance Queen. Keep on doing what you're doing and changing lives and making exercise fun and wholesome again.

I absolutely hate working out, been doing all sorts of workouts such as HIIT but as a nurse I really cannot be bothered after long shifts to be doing that so I stumbled across this video this morning and it was so fun and I sweated just as much doing this workout than any other so thank you!! I did this workout for the first time and yes I felt it in my waistline. My waist it my trouble spot as I have gotten older. I will do my best to commit to this ab work out. I feel great that I push myself.

Man I don't normally leave comments but I loved this workout. It was just hard enough to make me sweat and I can definitely feel it even after just the 10 minute mark (which is all I ended up getting to for now, will be planning to be able to do all 25 minutes when I get in better shape); but its not giving me an asthma attack or making me get on the floor where it hurts to get up afterwards. Loved it!

I made it day Summer Sweat challenge day 21! I took a few more rest days because I am currently recovering from a shoulder injury. I modified some moves to prevent further damage but I am still pleased with the end results, I feel tighter. Thank you for reminding why I love dancing! X
