Welcome, dear dance enthusiasts, yoga lovers, music fans, Yoga Dance Flow followers and simply anybody.
I made this Yoga Dance Flow choreography to "Jump" from Kris Kross. It´s just fun to jump around and thats literally the message of this choreography. Having fun, being goofy and combining that with the awareness of yoga.
