YOGA DANCE FLOW - Fusion of Yoga and Dance! 💗
Welcome to an extraordinary fusion of Yoga and Dance that will ignite your spirit and set your soul free! In the captivating Yoga Dance Flow class, you will weave the grace of traditional Yoga asanas with the vibrant energy of dance moves, creating a magical, flowing choreography that celebrates the harmony of mind, body and music. You find yourself on the mat, gracefully opening your heart and discover your inner dancer. Join us on this enchanting experience with inner peace, laughter, fun and yourself. During the class you will go trough a quick yoga awareness, warm-up and begin to learn a choreography. After that you dance your heart out, go to stretching and rest in the beloved savasana.
The videos give you a glimpse of the class. I recommend you join us offline or online for the whole experience.

Did you ever had that time when nobody could reach you (as in your heart, body or partnership)? When you felt that you just stay and want to be alone? Suddenly there is this person cracking you open just like that. Removing your shell without an effort and helping you to grow. This song is dedicated to all the people who helped me to grow and held my head up high.
