  • After the disappointment that was Bali, we spent a few days in Malaysia's capital city of Kuala Lumpur. We loved it. The diverse cultures in the country made for an interesting city to explore and especially, for amazing foods to eat.
    [February 2023]
    Tips for Malaysia:
    -water refills everywhere in KL
    -Islam is Malaysias official religion
-it gets incredibly hot and humid during the day

This area should be clean bcoz it is a place that represent the religion. For many years this place became a tourist destination & shamed by dirty sourrounding. As a msian I felt regret with this situation.

I guess there is a schedule for cleaning at batu caves. But the temple committee should do more.

Batu Caves is sooo dirty! Go to Ipoh and there’s a Chinese temple inside a big cave which is way more beautiful and clean.

malay is the national language of malaysia 😁
hope u guys have a blasts

Hey! thanks for clarifying this. Locals mentioned to us 3 but perhaps they meant that a lot of people speak 3 languages due to the many different cultures in the country (or maybe we miss understood). Thanks again.

Someone told me there were four official languages. Malay, English, Chinese and Indian. Not too sure?

    • @CRUZEOO
      @CRUZEOO 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

@@josephmanzuni8593 chinese and indian language is used in malaysia but its not the official language
100% malaysian speaks malay language (national language), but small minority can speak other languages like chinese and indian (small minority of malay can speak chinese / indian)
As of July 2023, 70.1% of the Malaysian population were classified as Bumiputera ( Malays and indigenous peoples, including Orang Asli, Dayak, Anak Negeri), 22.6% percent were classified as ethnic Chinese, and 6.6% as ethnic Indians. Those who do not fall under these three main ethnic groups are classified as 'Other'
administration level or government services, contract agreements, federal court system use malay and english only. like, you cant graduate highschool if you didnt pass the the national language exam (malay language). but english is widely spoken by majority of malaysian.
not all chinese and indians you see are malaysian, but all malay you see are malaysian.
      hope that helps

      @@josephmanzuni8593official language is Malay.
English is taught as 2nd language at school so most people would be able to speak or understand basic communication. Many are on average or just as fluent.
The chinese native (20% of total population) and the indians (7%) speak mother tongue language at home and among each other so don't be surprised if you find some of them able to communicate in 3 languages without problem. Some perhaps 4 languages.
On a smaller scale there are also people who could speak in arabic, germany or french since there are many of Malaysians whom had furthered their studies in the respective countries.😊😅

The Batu Caves is free to enter but often littered with trash, man-made and monkey-made. The Batu Caves management should consider charging a reasonable entrance fee and use the proceeds for hourly cleaning of the place. Most visitors shouldn't mind paying a bit for a clean place, rather than free visit to a dirty place.

Im not sure why there was so much garbage there. The temple is at the top of a lot of stairs so a simple task of taking out the garbage isn't so simple anymore.

    Hello🐧🐧🐧🐕🐶, 🐦
God the Father loves you so much that He sent Holy and Sinless Jesus (His Holy Son) to earth to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on a cross for our sins. He was in the tomb for 3 days, then Father God raised Jesus Christ (Y'shua) to Life! He appeared to people and went back to Heaven.🐎🦓🦓 🐴🐎🐎🐎🥀🌺🌻🌼💐🌸🌸We must receive Jesus sincerely to be God's childJohn 1:12. "But as many as received Him, to them He gave power to become the sons of God, even to them that BELIEVE on HIS name." That is great news! Will you sincerely receive Holy, Lord Jesus into your life today
