  • The northern German city of Schwerin, enchants visitors with its palace and the many lakes within the city limits.Schwerin Palace it's nowadays the seat of the state legislature of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Twelve lakes lie within the city limits - a paradise for water sport fans. In the past few years dragon boat racing has established itself. Every year crews from all over the world come to Schwerin's international dragon boat races.

    'a slavic castle' that makes no sense since slavics arent a ethnic or a people nor there was any 'slavic' Kingdom or country ever. Slavic is a language group and the term slavic was invented by German historians. The land where Schwerin is is Germanic area land so everything there was Germanic from that time since Germanic is a term for people from a certain area.
