I have a question. How come we need these machines for mining? Why can’t it be done with computers laptops or phones? I always wondered why they still use those machines they look like they’re from the 1990s. But I definitely don’t understand it.
To be the one to write the block, you need to have guessed the lucky number. A tiny phone doesn't have the power to function that fast enough to find the luckier number. Think of it this way, a hand gun vs a missile lol more fire power baby
I have a rig with 10 5700xt and a single 3060ti. I WAY overpaid during the boom. Now Im just collecting dust. Im affraid to turn it on a burn up a card. My wife won't let me spend any more money. I'm about ready to just sell abd say screw the losses
Unless your hydro rate is outrageous you have been wasting time not mining with those cards even more since kow had some high profits on amd cards this year. Fight the fear and unleash the dragons

Yup exactly like the person who replied said, it’ll just take longer until the block is mined. And if the average block time starts to get longer than 10 minutes, that triggers the difficulty to decrease.
you must take into account that great britain is no longer a member of the european union, because of this you as a european pay very high taxes when purchasing. usually on top of the delivery costs
I'm guessing you are talking about this in regards to the Coin Mining Central ad. As with all ASIC resellers, the machines are shipped directly from the factories in China. Delivery cost is included in the price, and import duties will be the same no matter who you're ordering from because they all ship from China. Hope this helps.

I am in the uk, whats the best software to use now nicehash wont work? Was getting 13mh/s with them. Using unmineable now and getting 1.2mh/s
I’ve had a bad experience with unmineable, not sure what exactly was the issue but i would recommend to steer away from it

it will take more to mine the block. difficulty adjusts based on how fast or slow blocks are mined.
