At 1:18:50 Zack asked any bike made by Indian manufacturers will do better in US? There is one called Bajaj Dominar 400cc its a ktm 390 engine put in a Powercruiser like ducati's diavel , that i think will do better than it does in India coz of the low cruiser stance

Another fabulous episode! I didn't even think I was interested in India's motorcycle scene UNTIL this episode. Sagar is an inspiring motorcyclist. I do suspect that India's overall societal attitude regarding motorcycling is biased towards the "daily rider" (i.e. commuter and family transportation needs). Whereas USA's attitude regarding motorcycling is the motorcycle for pleasure (vs. necessity). Of course, one's passion for riding as a lifestyle or even a credo may blur one's admission that one's motorcycle is "meerly a toy." I can't imagine life without a motorcycle!

What a surprise colab and Sagar is a brilliant representative of motorcycling in India, the way it is right now and how it might be in the future. Things are looking up, as more Indians get serious about the sport. Sure we have problems (and they are often highlighted); the honking, Chaos, bad roads, unorganised traffic, etc. But the issues can make it is easy to overlook the fact that we are one of the fastest growing economies in the world, the purchasing power is growing and so is the education & awareness! 🇮🇳 In the future (hopefully soon) all the big brands of the world will have no choice but to bring ALL their products to india. Thanks revzilla for this podcast. Love the banter.

This is the first High Side Low Side episode I've watched and it's awesome how refreshing it was. Even though the panel today is divided by a few thousand miles, they were united by their love for motorcycles. It also looks like a kickass collab in the making for the future.
I've been following Zack since his Motorcyclist Magazine days and have been a fan of the On Two Wheels segment, which is sorely missed these days. I've also been following Sagar since his start at Powerdrift. So imagine my surprise when I see a crossover from two TH-camrs who've been part of my formative years.

Great podcast! Fantastic to hear about the differences in the motorcycle culture in India compared to North America. A comment about motorcycle shaming. When I was young I would throw a sleeping bag at the side of a side road and sleep. Now at 60 I’m accepting of a clean hotel room. No need to judge. Your comment that someone is always more hard core rings true. My dad when he was 17 years old 5’ 11” and all of a 135 pounds was pretty hard core. He was a reconnaissance rider for the Canadian military in WW II on a Norton 16H. He was almost 90 before he would talk to me about that time in his life. I asked what it was like day to day. He told me about wrapping his wool coat around himself and trying to find bridges to sleep under in Holland. Having a shell land beside him, spin and not explode and giving his rations away because the people there were hungrier than he was. And, test riding a BMW after picking it up on the side of a road where a dead German was laying beside it. He’s my bar for hard core motorcycle riding.

You know guys In India most people buys 1000cc motor bikes than 600cc or 700cc motor bikes, because in our country taxes are very high for bigger capacity motor bikes and for that reason 1000cc and 600cc bikes are priced almost same for us in India 🇮🇳

An exchange of opportunities would be amazing, zack and ari on the xpulse, sagar on the ktm, the guess game was obviously difficult for sagar coz most of what we hear in india are single cylinder engines

This middle man system still exists in India
I applied for the learning licence 10 days ago
To apply for the learning licence it costs about 500 indian rupees
Ans you have to pass a online exam about rules and regulations of traffic
But there were some middle men asking for 2500 indian rupees (5x the original amount) and told me that you didn't even have to give the test and receive the licence

So good to see Sagar being featured on RevZilla. He's such a humble and down-to-earth individual despite all the riding accolades and the following that he has. Have ridden alongside him during track days- he's such an easy guy to get along. It's funny that people tell me its risky riding a motorcycle in Toronto- I simply laugh and tell them, you haven't ridden in India to tell me this. This place looks the safest in comparison for motorcycling 😁

It's a beautiful ride in hills and you'll get an experience of riding some Indian bikes.. Hope to see you guys riding here.. amazing podcast keep up the good work.
