    Well done sir!
I’ve been a pilot for over 30 years and have accumulated over 14k hours. I am fortunate that I’ve never faced a complete engine failure. It’s hard to know how one will react when it happens. I applaud you for being collected and deliberate. Of course it is always good to seek improvement, but you deserve a pat on the back for a job well done.
    Holy shit indeed!

lol. I have a whopping 83 hours and it was very scary. But even with the task saturation (and squawking 7500 at first) my muscle memory took over. Reviewing it more there are several things I can learn. My hope for posting is folks will share and perhaps save a life. There's not that many videos like this I've ever seen. Coming from someone like you it's an honor to hear that I did pretty good.

Very well done. Congrats to not only you, but your excellent instructor(s) who had prepared you very well for this event. This should be a standard training video for flight schools across the nation.

That's why I am posting for sure. I hope it's a great lesson tool for other students. I do have the full version with debrief on here too.

In the description, you have mentioned that you have made this same routr with your instructor without refueling. Did you make sure you had the exact same amount of fuel on both the trips before starting? You would have planned the distance and fuel as part of flight planning before your solo trip, correct? Then how did the fuel starvation happen?
