Has anyone watched I Don’t Feel at Home in This World? It covered all the emotions (not horror though) and I absolutely loved it!
Great "thriller"? I love these type of films, everything goes more or less wrong to a pretty 'normal' person is always a compelling watch for me. Excellent performances too.

"Dead of Night" from 1945 is a great, early Horror anthology. Definetly check this one out, it's a classic and has several memorable episodes but especially the one with the ventriloquist dummy is great!

Absolutely, no doubt in my mind... "Trick 'R Treat" is the best anthology movie ever made.
Artifice girl is an awesome dialogue-driven film, albeit not a horror movie whatsoever.
I think my eyes would burn out of my head if I watched that many films/tv! Please tell me you find time to sleep/eat/live?

My favorite anthology movie is trick-or-treat. It’s not complicated or elevated her in anyway, but Halloween is my birthday so I was born to love it. 😄
"Sick of Myself" was so interesting. I really liked it but whoa, was it hard to watch! It went way farther than I imagined it would go.

Loved the Artifice girl. Excellent movie.
I haven't watched many movies lately but a week or so ago I came across a horror short on here called the chair which I liked and that led me down a rabbit hole of horror shorts which mostly consisted of the channel Alter. If you ever have time it's definitely worth checking out, there are shorts that are only 5-6 minutes and most aren't more than 25-30 and there are sooooo many good ones.
I've added quite a few of these movies to my watchlist! Thanks Em!

I gave Renfield the same score and feel largely the same. It did get a little too absurd for its own good at times, but the humor, performances and relationship with Renfield and Dracula made it a joy to see.
Absolutely loved Sick of Myself. Might be my top film of the year

I USED TO LOVE IT! but it dropped a bit with this recent rewatch!
I rewatched southbound in the month of may too!!! I was actually trying to remember the name of it. I was looking up old movies I remember liking & finally found the name. Rewatching it I thought to myself, “hmm I remember it being better the first time”. lol but I absolutely love it! The meaning behind it. And I rly love creepy highway movies like jeepers creepers, Texas chainsaw massacre, wrong turn .. I could go but pretty much any movie that features a long road where creepy stuff occurs LOL. The radio host was corny but loveddd it haha

Great list. I didn't like From Black either, it seemed to be what you would get if you ordered a certain British occult film from Wish (cough). My favourite anthology film is the 1974 British movie "From Beyond the Grave", with ny favourite story of that being the second one 'An Act of Kindness'.

I saw Southbound in the theater and had also mostly forgotten about it until you mentioned it. The only things I remember about it are that the last segment was the best and that a little of it was filmed in Amboy, California. Now I kinda want to watch it again lol.
Tales from the Crypt (1972) & its sequel Vault of Horror (1973) are not commonly mentioned that I thought were pretty good.
Grey's Anatomy is horrible and how it has been on TV for almost 20 years is mind-blowing in a bad way.

The Artifice Girl... it's insane how mainstream Hollywood absolutely sucks in terms of storytelling,this movie is so flipping good.
Desperate Living isn't one of my favorite John Waters flicks, but man does that opening rant from Mink Stole make me howl every time I see it.

Creepshow, Body Bags, Cat's Eye, V/H/S is very hit an miss, but overall I've been enjoying the series. I feel like even the bad horror anthologies all have at least one thing I like in them.

I loved Renfield but my critiques for it were the same as Cocaine Bear. I wanted more Bear and I wanted more Nic Cage. I loved the gore in both films and felt both scripts were a bit silly with jokes not really landing

Omg Emma same! ive never watched Greys anatomy and I dont think I ever will. i just dont jump on the bandwagon of hyped up movies or shows. I haven't even watched Game of thrones for the same reason. I feel like they won't live up to the hype.

Really liked Renfield and Artifice Girl, and I even enjoyed watching Anna Camp in From Black, because she was playing out of character, unfortunately in a stereotypical meh! lifetime horror. That or I probably just got done watching a really disturbing film and needed some brain candy! Thanks for the reviews!

I wouldn't shame anyone for getting help so they can continue making free videos, without them I wouldn't be here.
I also subscribe to others on patreon to help them out, it's a community.
I don’t subscribe to anyone’s Patreon but I will say that yours sounds like a fun way of offering something unique :) I’m glad you r found ways to make creating content work for you. Anyone complaining has probably never produced free content on the scale that you do. It talks real time and effort to produce videos, and finding a way to do what you live in a sustainable way is a dream. :)
