when i was dealing with a lot of gut issues last year i visited a specialist in eastern medicine. among other things he told me that warm water first thing in the morning is one of the most important things you can do for your gut health. it is important that the water is warm because it's closer to the body's internal temperature and won't cause any discomfort or shock to the system. i've come to enjoy the habit of drinking a mug of warm water first thing before i drink any coffee or tea. it gives me the feeling of something warm to sip on, like a replacement habit, and then i have my caffeine a little afterwards. hydration before caffeine is also always a great idea, since caffeine dehydrates you.

This video has helped me so much these past 2 Months. I wake up and actually get up I drink water before caffeine now. Deactivated my socials(except YT) and i have so much free time. I’ve already knocked out 2/10 of my New Years resolutions 😅
I understand, I’ve been waking up at 3-3:30AM for the past 3-4 years naturally (i use to run in the mornings but now run after work) but Monday-Friday I am in bed by 5PM and asleep by 7PM. I know it seems like a very short day if you place in those everyday factors, but the impact it has made in my life, my emotions, my thinking, my eating habits, my stressors and how to control them and even when life is hitting me all at once I can handle that. Your body needs routine, I always stress to my friends how important it is to keep everything routined from eating, sleeping to even being on phones/tablets. Life is so much more and we need to take it in and enjoy the moment and never regret if tomorrow isn’t promised. If life is getting you down at the moment or for longer I suggest to take this video into consideration and challenge yourself for a year because the end goal is so rewarding.

I’d recommend getting rid of the non-stick pan & replacing it with a stainless steel one. Me and my bf were using non-stick for three years and I suddenly started getting migraines & feeling fatigued. Suddenly we switched to stainless steel and we both feel amazing. Those non-stick pans emit poisonous stuff. Ps; great video 🙏🏾
