- I am a uk Antiques Dealer and i have had a jackpot weekend. this film today is a show / Reveal open-the-box type film of an amazing Haul of antiques and collectibles some of which are unbelievable. I hope you enjoy seeing some of my finds.

Its impossible to express whole scope of impact and help with making that first step that you have enabled in simple comment but without you and your channel i would have been slowly slipping backwards into everyday routine and now im happy with every baby step i make and its all and i do mean all thanks to you. Im sure im not the only one who decided to make that first step thanks to you so please sir keep doing what you are doing.
The spoon is a great find! and the beautiful distinct gilding is mercury gilding, you wont see it much after mid 19th century as the fumes are so poisonous for the silversmith. ( £995 is inexpensive, you can ask alot more if you wanted )

I used to see loads of the lucite paper wieghts and just passd them by - of course now i know they are collectable ive never seen another one

David Harper is a tv expert all I am is a self taught antique dealer. I doubt Peter would have an interest in chatting with me and also think I would be out of my depth But thank you 🙏

Like the spice box you showed some time ago, any Jewish item makes me sad. I'm Jewish of course. I Googled the silversmith but found nothing. I'm sure you have better means of researching. I agree it should be in a museum and will try to contact one. Thank you for your sensitivity in saving the ladle.
There is a similar ladle by Lilpop in the silverware collection of the Warsaw Museum.
