- I really cant believe the type of antiques currently on offer at car boot sales. i have been doing this for over twenty years and the level of quality on offer at car boot sales is by far at its best now.
I am finding items of amazing quality, age and value for very little money on car boot sales.
I really hope you are enjoying seeing the hauls, there is just no way the level of quality can last so enjoy it while we can.

….to continue (sue)…. all of the other pieces you showed and discussed were ‘great’ purchases… as usual Walter👏….great quality and individually so interesting….Swedish stainless steel mixer jug…another favourite of mine!…., thought you might say you were keeping the beautiful Chinese export cup for your collection….? but someone will love it!!….And the cookery book…well ….have a collection of them myself….NOT of that rarity or value though….but I love finding and using them anyway👌… that book was amazing….the recipes would be marvellous to read and treasure…..it has already been loved and used for all of that time….what a gem!!… love that too….all in all ….one of your best ‘hauls’ …(in my opinion)….do hope that an ‘idiot spoiler free’ live chat will be possible soon🙏…..take care ..Sue (bham)
Do not clean the Cains up leave them as they are, just establish if they are Bronze or Pewter. They are each what is known as a Tazza. The casting looks crisp enough that I'd say bronze but it's hard to tell from the video alone. The pedestal bases are absolutely fine and perfectly normal for how they'd be attached. The ones with more exotic animals are worth more, but these are nice, value I'd say £300-500 the pair.

Hi Ben. Yes the boot is good however this time of the year it’s quiet as it’s coming to the end.
Chinese knock-off happy Buddha? Same with the Tek Sing cup. Will be very surprised if either are older than 10 years. Check the wooden Buddha for shoe polish residue ! Good luck with the nice bowls
