- I am a uk antiques dealer / reseller and this haul is nothing short of strait out of my best dreams. the antiques and collectables I found today are amazing and what every dealer out there is looking for.

Well Walter, you have hit a jackpot here, my friend. The 'eagles' are at least a couple of thousands worth. If the 'green' Murano is uranium glas, another jackpot again. Well done!! I have seen all your video's and is this the best video?? Hmmm, the haul is the best indeed, but the best video I liked the most was the one you were experimenting with the rost on miner lamps and the solution with vinegar. That was for me a brilliant performance.

Hi Walter Nice items, Not sure why the Silver cup was at a car boot, The boney item is a Headless frog or bird need to see chest to tell, cleaned with beetles,
its an Italian ibex pepper mill, Bedlington terrier from 15 miles from where I live, Pair of Fox terriers on the Bakelite,
the pot is borske glass ..i collect it in the globe vases ..had a fair few of the chamber pots over the year

I never tell people I am a trader when I buy as people seem to get funny, as though I am committing an unlawful act trying to buy anything!!! It's unfair for that man to say to charge you more or not sell to you as you are a trader, what a cheek when he has a stall!!!😫

The silver cup is likely from the Ammanford Eisteddfod 1922.

The silver trophy is a real star find. The only thing I would be a bit concerned about is why that piece had left the family and ended up at the car boot sale. Hopefully it wasn't stolen from the family home at some distant time in the past and now forgotten about.
Why don't you have a TV show.i love your coverage of antique items .your passion shows through. There is salvage hunter and the Yorkshire home clearance show. I am sure if you were on TV you would have many followers. I love the social historic information about the items you buy. I live in the north west but hope to visit Cardiff Swansea car boot in the near future..well done please keep turning out video's......

The eagle is known as the "Reichsadler" and is indeed German/Prussian in origin. It's actually the "Imperial eagle" although was in use even after the fall of the Kaiser. I'd be inclined to say 19th-early 20th century in terms of age.

I’d be pricing the plaques up at 3k and using it for advertisement those sort of things can make you more in the long run by attracting traffic to the store

That skeleton is, in my opinion, a bird's skeleton (likely a young pigeon). I think it's just missing its head. Crickets don't have skeletons but rather exoskeletons (if you saw one that big you'd also be calling in an exterminator as well as an exorcist I think). That being said, I would be extremely careful when reselling it. Many countries have extremely strict legislation where animal remains (especially birds) are concerned on account of bird flu. I can't say about the UK though but you might want to look into it.
If that Murano is uranium glass you hit the jack pot.
