The engineering in the car saved my life, that to me will make it worth throwing parts at this great little car for a long time. It was the knuckle at the carrier bearing. I have a mini cooper r56 that keeps showing my water temperature is 141°c ,i did replace my temperature switch and it still shows 141 and my fan keeps running even when the engine is could ,but I did notice the previous owner worked on the head

This is what I am going through right now. Same cylinder, same hole. Now waiting for the engine which is supposed to be here on Thursday or Friday.😉

My r56 diesel engine is goosed any other diffent coded engine fit ? Maybe 9hz if such an engine ?
