For Jaundice you must try homeopathic medicine Chelidonium . There may be some mistake in spelling of chelidonium but the chemist will understand what u are asking.

Sir, Vinegar being acetic acid, pH will become low on adding, and Baking soda, NaHCO3, salt of strong base(NaOH) and weak acid(H2CO3), is more basic - pH increases... Apne ulta boldiya😅
