ANDE KA FUNDA - 2 (EGG BASICS)
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15-20 minutes
Servings : 2
Ingredients
For Mayonnaise
4 Egg Yolk (अंडे की पीला हिस्सा)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 tsp Mustard Sauce (मस्टर्ड साॅस)
400 ml Refined Oil (रिफाइंड तेल)
a pinch Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च का पाउडर)
fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
For Mayonnaise
In a clean bowl add egg yolks, salt, mustard sauce and whisking together.
Then add the oil in a single thin stream and keep on whisking continuously at the same speed in the same direction until smooth and thick.
Remove in a serving bowl and sprinkle some black pepper powder and garnish with coriander leaves.
