So yeah, I am going to make a video breaking that down. Everybody's right, I could also just use samples, and sometimes I do, but I used three tracks with single cycle waveforms, resampled it, and found the point where it was looping decently, then saved it as a loopable chord sample. Also there is an awesome pack I sometimes use aswell, made by Kimuro Taro, awesome dude. His single cycle chordpack is so underrated IMO.
i mean i absolutely love this, and I've been thinking of getting into a device like this for years now. As an old school drummer and occasional guitarist, this thing just looks scary and complicated AF! but I adore techno / ambient / house etc, and the idea of creating something like this excites me! A super intimidating looking product though!
@@1061shrink1061 tbh it is very much straight forward, and if you get down the basic muscle memory of the device, you can make music by barely looking at the screen. It may take a bit of time to really learn, but what doesn't?
official request to see how you're making those dub chords out of the single cyclces!
+1 love to see that... they sound awesome
I guess he used at least 3 tracks for the chords then resampled it ?
@@myceliumtechnoCan’t they just be samples?

@ Awesome thanks for the info. Were they all the same single cycle waveforms and are you using a filter and any other effects?? Thanks!

@@HalfBakedBeats thanks, they call me the Mr.Fast Hands.
No one calls me that, but thank you! :D
Just a tip - you can enter Mute mode (Func + Bank), you don't need to hold Func button all the time for muting.
