Zoho Analytics: Creating a Query Table

Great video, but I have no idea if I can design a query for a search within database.
I don't need that "Search" field just together with a pre-defined query table
I need to execute a query with the terms taken from a search form
something like a custom query
I've spent some time trying to find a solution in a numerous of outdated Zoho help topics, but I have no clue how to build A VERY SIMPLE THING in the database management system, a similar to an ability many years available in the MS Access....
