Im not able to find the SQL queries for the Lifecycle Update Base and Lifecycle Updated Grouped. I was able to figure it out to create the Lifecycle Update Base, but im having a lot of issues creating the grouped one. Thanks a lot for the videos Drew, they help a lot to get started using Zoho. Thanks! Amazing video and tips here. I tried to create a funnel chart, based on your directions. I have my equivalent to your group table. But when I build my funnel chart, even if I select to "compare with first value", each section of my funnel chart is only comparing to the previous section. Similarly, my conversion rate at the bottom of my chart is only comparing my last stage with. my second to last stage. Finally, I didn't included unconverted deals in my funnel, but I want them to be accounted for when calculating the total conversion rate. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Strange. Based on what you’ve said I’m not sure of the issue off the top of my head. I’d have to take a look at your funnel report to pinpoint the issue. Prescription without diagnosis is malpractice as they say.
