Atlas Monroe fried chick'n taste test!

This Atlas Monroe fried chick’n was pretty craaackin.
The flavor was well seasoned, and the batter was damn near perfect. The only thing I wish it had was more juiciness and a bit more stick on the batter to the wheat gluten itself.
