      Bitter Blue I actually haven't seen it yet either, but really want to. It's about meat and dairy, their mass production and their affects on us and the environment.

    I'm personally not a vegan and not looking to become one, but this is definitely how people should go about trying to convince others on becoming vegan. You shared some really tasty looking recipes and I assume they're really healthy as well. I love it!
    P.S. chick peas are so. fucking. good.

      That comment meant so much to me. While I eat a vegan diet I would personally never push a vegan diet on ANYONE whatsoever, but instead show them how tasty and amazing it is to eat like this. My channel is to share recipes & health benefits. Thank you for noticing this, and for watching!!

    It's so weird but I think I mentally tricked myself into thinking sandwiches taste better if its cut in half lol. I can't eat a sandwich unless it's cut in half🙈

    I tasty snack is cutting up strawberries, sprinkling them with lemon juice and adding a teaspoon or however much you'd like of blueberry flax seed on top. It changes the flavor completely, so good!

    the best "vegan, what i eat on a day" so far, lots of different products, good ideas, is a good amount of food to make you feel full, sooooo good!!! and healthy, i been watching lots of this type of videos lately and i see lots of girls, that don't eat enough, ( maybe enough for just 1 meal) they even weight the food (personally i think is extreme) but this was AMAZING...

    My parents dont want me to be vegan or vegeterian so im thinking when i get to college (4 years) ill start eating my way :)

      +Silly Millie My mom didn't want me to go vegan neither. (i'm 7th grade) and she's still not ok with my vegan lifestyle but she kinda accepted the fact that she can't do anything about it.
      Of course i don't suggest you to get in a controversy with your parents, i'm just saying you should not surrender

      my parents tried to stop me from becoming vegetarian in 7th grade but I was like nah Ima do it anyways and then I became vegan in 8th and I've been it since :) I'm finishing up 9th grade now

    This is the first cost efficient vegan video I have seen! A lot of times vegans post really expensive meals that just don't work for someone in college or someone whose family is not vegan. Super kudos to you! The meals also seemed pretty easy.

    IT may take some more of work, but instead of using caned chickpeas you can use dry chickpeas. it's better.
    that way you don't have all the sodium. you need to rinse them in water over night, drain them and then Cooke them, and the trick is to cook them with a little bit of baking soda. the soda makes them tender.
    Then you can make a spread out of them that will be good for a few days. or you can just season and eat them as they are.
    you can freeze them after you Cooke them, and use them later. or freeze them after you rinse them and keep them in the fridge potentially for years. I had a bag of rinsed split peas I forgot in my parents fridge for a whole year, a year later defrosted it and made a soup out of it.
    There is really no need for canned food, besides time constrains and laziness.

    your lunch is typical my daily breakfast in my country indonesia, there are various meal name on it, "gado-gado, ketoprak" those are peanut basis sauce meal with alot of vegs on it

      Luckily for you, there are tons of vegan meat alternatives :) But if cutting out meat out of your diet seems to hard, cut out something else first. Just look for vegan cheese, vegan milk or vegan butter next time you are grocery shopping! It´s a myth that you have to become vegan over night in order to become vegan. Even if you´d only forgo eggs or only dairy, you´d already do a great deal in reducing animal suffering, environmental pollution and of course, it would also help your health.
      Try it, step by step, I can tell you from expirience, it´s easier than you think.

    I’ve been vegan for a year now the reason I went vegan was because I was suffering from migraines and aches and pains every morning when woke up. Now I feel more energized and have steady energy throughout the day. Life is much better when your not in pain.

    so is it ok/healthy to eat white rice as long as it's in moderation? today is the first day of me eating healthier. I've been eating fried foods and not really caring about my health and it's time I change that before it's too late.

      Yes it is fine but, refined rice has a lot of carbs so try brown rice.
