Hi there! If you go to our website (desktop) and look to the top right corner, you will see "Eureka Rewards" - there's a detailed description of all the rules there! Basically, after you log in, there's a small pink buttin that says "Eureka Rewards" in the bottom left corner of the page (desktop)/ a pink gift icon in the right bottom corner (on mobile), where you click/tap and then select "Redeem Sparkle Points".
