in other words, always be humble and never stop learning
I was keen listening and the truth of the matter is not about the accent or organization but the usefulness of the content which in short says that you can't do the same things and expect the same results explore and exploit is the key and I would like to listen to more of your videos I want to understand why many businesses fail and what can be done to turn that around. We should start having a maximum size on these big companies or something as the bigger they get the worse off the public gets as the percentages of profits are continually cheated out of the system, either with lower wages or tax evasion or buying out other growing businesses. A step to a non profit future has to be a good thing

What makes both exploitation and exploration risky?
only 2% of firms can balance this paradox. how to be a member of that 2%? each firm has approx. 10% of its members with leadership responsibility, perhaps to focus on hiring and developing 20% (or even fewer) of those 10% to leaders to become a balanced leader on this two opposing requirements?
I guess business is not for me, then, because I'm always thinking in terms of a much, much larger future scale.

My very first reacton when the video started was "his english is bad". That isn't true of course; it's actually very good, from vocabulary to pronounciation. But then, because he fails to even attempt english intonation (which arguably is the quickest part to learn) it just sounds way worse than it actually is.
For native english speakers, imagine sitting in a classroom where everyone is learning spanish; and I mean everyone, not just those who decided they wanted to learn a foreign language. The teacher points to you to read aloud the next section in the textbook, and you're left with two alternatives: 1) try your very best to sound like a crappy version of Antonio Banderas, or 2) just try to stay cool, and read it with your normal tone of voice, and hope to score some underachiever-points. As surprising as it may seem, in my experience 3/4 will go with alternative 2, making it even more awkward for any aspiring Banderas impersonators to practice proper intonation.
I'll take it this guy chose alternative 2 a few too many times, and now sort of wishes he'd taken the time to sound a bit more goofy back at school.

I thought this talk was simplistic and lacked content. For most businesses, managing the trade-off with innovation is not nearly as simple as presented. Did he say he was an academic??

In regards to "production experiencing a decline", I have not seen any evidence that demonstrates this that does not mean that your idea is untrue. In relation to toxicity, drama, and backstabbing I have witnessed it being exerted by females in the institution that I have been present in, though some men exerted this because they literally were implicated by the females.
You are entitled to verbally and non-offensively express your views at any time, however when your doing so try not sound prejudiced/discriminating.

A bank, but faster. A car, but with an electrical engine. A rocket, but private-built and maybe one day reusable. A solar panel distributor, with optimizations. A low-pressure tunnel train, conceived in an open process with many of the world's engineers.
Those aren't heavy exploration like the first iPhone, or the Occulus Rift. Nor is it plain exploitation, like typical car manufacturers or all those Hollywood super hero movie remixes. Those are prime examples of using old techniques, spiced with a few conscious adjustments. If anything, they are spot-on examples for this talk.
