Ahmed Nagy Thank you for your comment. Yes they are ... so if you rank these all equally, can you think of other reasons that weren’t mentioned here in the video (and yes... I can!)
Thank you! We all have to start at the bottom. Comments like these will hopefully get TH-cam’s algorithm to show it to more people. So thank you for your kind words. They really do help
When businesses grow quickly, I found that sometimes the team members who were in the former process are not able to acclimate to a different method, process, or standard.
Yes this is true and that’s why making sure you upskill your team as your growing and anticipating what skills they’ll need down the line is important. It’s also important to keep people aligned and motivated by your vision and why growing is so important for the company but also for them. But sometimes it does happen that people have hit a ceiling in their personal growth. In that case, they either have to stick to their previous responsibilities and you hire above them people who are capable. But in some unfortunate cases, letting them go and finding a replacement that suits the business and what it needs today moving forward becomes necessary m.
Thank you for sharing your wisdom, I am one of those who ran after her passion but didn’t know if there was a need for the product, and I still pushed it , which worked for a while but it exhausts me without a decent outcome, just like you said, I’m so burnout and hate it so much now , that I do not wish to continue. I have stopped everything now for my business and am taking a time out to look into what I could possibly do, have picked up a job so I learn how the industry works, because I started my business right after college.
I watched ALL of your videos so far! Keep up the awesome work you do because I am starving for your great advice! Your channel will grow in no time for sure! 🚀Proud to be one of your early subscribers! Best wishes Tom
Tom, thank you for your comment and kind words. I am a huge fan of your channel and the awesome work you do there. This comment means a lot. Great things to come! :)
I have watched many of your videos. I will say that the biggest issue which you do not talk about is how to effectively create accountability without micromanaging. I hired staff who did not have the processes (i created them as we went) but in the end, the biggest issue wasn't the lack of process, it was due to not being able to oversee the processes without feeling overwhelmed since there are so many areas to oversee.
The reasons listed in the video are not in order... so which one do you think is the most important one?
