I'd like to give a shoutout to whoever invented the idea of normalizing audio.
sugiyama might be the most cracked necro of all time, always going for 5 elbows and ALWAYS hitting it. that shit is HARD, its 5 1 frame links in a row and he does it so consistently, its nuts
This is a good reason why Necro should return in a Street Fighter game competitive players can just corner the opponent and stun them for a great combo.

In your best of is a match vs a urien missing. He perfected him and got a SS, the urien player looked very mad in the arcade. I can't find it atm though.

It's a 1 frame window for each elbow cannon, it's not easy but doable with practice. Double tapping helps but you just have to get the feel for it.

If you go for a desperation super, at low health, out of nowhere in hopes of earning yourself a cheap victory over the surprise factor of just throwing it out you deserve to be immensely disrespected if it doesn't work out. Either way you're setting yourself up for disrespect by doing vanilla supers on a pro level of play.
