I've worked as a customer support executive in a reputative multinational company and first thing we learned to be patient, humble and kind towards customers even if they're at fault. How people can believe they're real customer care representative like literally look how aggressive and rude they're!

I think the same. I guess many victims aren't the brightest of people (not meant as an insult) and they can't digest what's happening at that moment. And that's how the scammers get their success, finding folks who are slow, gullible or just too trusting.

The only down side that this help and rescue this hero gives (absolutely he is a hero!)... the only down side is knowing that for everyone he saves there are many others. So I love how he takes down this scam corps network in it's entirety each time. Honestly, if I had resources to do so I'd give this guy a fund and say build your team go at it as you will. No No No..it never gets stale! When seeing through their own security camera their slumped shoulders is a tonic. What is a little surprising is the victims do not seem happy after you tell them. I suppose they are in shock and psychologically antagonistic to those who woke them up.
I cant wrap my head around how people could buy thousands worth of gift cards and send the photos to an indian claiming to work for a large company without thinking its suspicious...
It's easy to judge, but if you're sufficiently cunfused about things which are very new (relatively, for you), such as computers, Internet, credit cards, apps, etc, it's not all that strange. These people probably accept a lot that seems strange to them every day. And when you're scared as well, which these guys make sure you are, with their threats and bad tempers, the calculating and logical part of the brain "shuts down" for many people. So yeah, very tragic, but not all that strange.

As sad and bad as it is,for the scammers to be Taking a vantage of innocent people and their money, they too are being scammed because 95% of the money goes to the boss, and they don’t live lavish live styles. Quick question mister. In India there are a lot of scam centre like this one. Does the police did anything to stop and prevent this activities? It's almost like a plague. No offense 🙏🏽

Sensible people in India hate these guys too, they’re putting a damper on their technological reputation to the rest of the world and they’re a developing nation in an increasingly multinational, interconnected world. In short, screw these scammers.
@@qoriakromin9679 they never perform these scams openly...the law enforcement has caught many of them..but being a source of easy money the void are always filled up.
Police can't do anything against them in india they arrest them to get some money from scammer's after they just let them go
I was reading the comments as I watched this video. So many people were saying how the man at the end couldn't have been less appreciative. It is weird, you'd think he would have been extremely thankful! Maybe he was overloaded with what was happening. Either way, it was so awesome how you saved him and kicked the scammers ass! 18:22 scammer can be heard saying " this has been blocked. This account has been blocked after somebody tried to attempt to sign it from a different computer".

Thank you for all that you do. I don’t think people realize how important and selfless the work you are doing truly is. These scammers most times take these elderly people’s last dime and entire savings and it’s so sad. I’m just thankful there are ppl like you that dedicate your time to helping these people! ♥️

I think it’s incredible that you talk to the victims and let them know they are being scammed. I’m glad there are people like you out there helping scam victims..
The only down side that this help and rescue this hero gives (absolutely he is a hero!)... the only down side is knowing that for everyone he saves there are many others. So I love how he takes down this scam corps network in it's entirety each time. Honestly, if I had resources to do so I'd give this guy a fund and say build your team go at it as you will.
I know the law does what it can but often after the fact, we need more like this guy getting to the prospective victim first. We need more people with the skills and moral compass like Scambaiter has

No No No..it never gets stale! When seeing through their own security camera their slumped shoulders is a tonic. What is a little surprising is the victims do not seem happy after you tell them. I suppose they are in shock and psychologically antagonistic to those who woke them up.

It's easy to judge, but if you're sufficiently cunfused about things which are very new (relatively, for you), such as computers, Internet, credit cards, apps, etc, it's not all that strange. These people probably accept a lot that seems strange to them every day. And when you're scared as well, which these guys make sure you are, with their threats and bad tempers, the calculating and logical part of the brain "shuts down" for many people. So yeah, very tragic, but not all that strange.
