Hi, there is too much hype on the "rubber steel balls". Umarex also makes some 0.68 caliber plastic/polymer balls called PLB68, that weigh about 4.76g per ball. These are not as heavy as the rubber steel ball, but they are smooth and hard - they should perform better in the barrel, because of reduced friction. Plastic/polymer balls are better for these "markers" than any of the steel ammunition. It is not always about joules/muzzle energy. A polymer/plastic ball travelling at a faster velocity can produce more "pain" on impact, than a heavy steel ball moving at a reduced velocity.
With HDR50/TR50, there is phenomenal jump in power with hpa. You should try that adapter with HDR50 (don't forget to remove the regulator disk in CO2 chamber).
I saw that vid and thought it was funny. I've got the HDS.68 and the HDR.68 and they're fun but as you rightly say - Non lethal. Some people take thmselves way too seriously.
.... check the output pressure on the regular on the bottle, not the remote line (that don't even got a regulator) HP regulator going from 350 to 1100 psi.
Ya I have a SLP tank where even though it holds HPA up to 3000 pounds..( the Bottle) only outputs 300 pounds matter what regulator you add the bottle is regulated down to 300😕 Wish I had gone with a non SLP tank in hindsight..
@@hope4ourfallen well i recommend a regulator with psi... or u look for an adjustable one, like Ninja 😉 I try to get the spare part to replace the 2x 12gram cassy with the 88gram, so u can put an adapter from co2 to hPa on it, so u can fit a small bottle with a buttstock cover on it, but still searching for this part.
I was thinking about hpa on that beautiful shotgun i ordered the 40j version that take the 88g and i noticed on the adapter that the air going through is not much you need to remove a pin or make a bigger size hole o modified a break barrel from gamo once and from 24jni could reach 48 double the power but i replace the seals every 2k shots
I one hundred percent agree. Ive got the real thing too. But these are legal to shoot in city limits. At the end of the day the shooting is shooting. My air guns get much more use. Love all my toys.
Can you use one full Co2 12g alongside an empty Co2 12g? For a 16 joules... Obviously, it will reduce shots, etc. I have tried using one full and one empty but the Co2 release button doesn't raise, and if it does it only raises slightly. It seems to me the gun is not designed to be used this way due to not creating enough pressure to raise the Co2 release button. I could be wrong, it could be a faulty gun...
I would imagine that using a used co2 along with a full one might not work, due to the used co2 already having been pierced, so there is no resistance when you hit the punch button. I've not tried it, it's just a theory.
Mad dog i got a mcs hpa adapter and valken ultra on/off asa my question if i want to go through buttstock will the valken asa adapter screw into the brass cap or does the mcs adapter work going through buttstock valve block
Im useing the same adapter but with plumbers tape on the hpa adapter, its a 16j version no tuning as yet, i use home made ammo with a 10m steel ball inside and glue gun coated to 68cal, 1100 output regulated airtank, very spicy... looking foward to tuning it up now... ive ordered a spare co2 chamber, the idea is to shorten the tube and re thread to see if i can attach the bottle directly to the gun?? Ps see my short mould makeing video just uplaoded..
hi fella im an ex paintballer and still wont part with my equipment and am going to get the hdx shotgun as iv still got loads of practice balls left and i like it, im not sure why yours is putting out such low power on air ? is the air backing up because of the upgrade just a thought also are all your o rings ok, just 1 last thing all the haters out there need to be reported with threats like they are going to shoot you thats not acceptable fella people cant say things like that these days its probably jealousy and the best shooter they own is probably a nerf gun, any way keep up your good work, kind regards mike in lancashire.
Twp things are stopping the Air on this, first up is the regulator which is only 850psi (not much more than CO2) and secondly, the disc in the CO2 chamber needs to be removed, but it looks a tricky operation on this one. As for the haters, most are probably jealous, like you say. Most are probably still living with their parents and were never taught how to communicate with people. I get it most on this channel, not sure why, as on my other 'Ben's Garage' channel it's very rare.
Hi MD, what is wrong with toys eh..people need to chill out and just let other people enjoy what they want to enjoy be it guns/cars/lego and all sorts of other shit that i and others spend there money on. Do i need the HDX shot gun the answer is no, did i by one and shoot the shit out of some ply with paintballs..YES i did. Rock on 😂
Just so happens I have one. In France we can have up to 20 Joules without a license, but I got my Cat C, just in case some kind person reported me, and the police did a spot check.
Going to remove the piece in the end, to see if that makes a difference.

Great videos keep on producing contence hdx68 personally reminds me of the spas12 shotgun only if umerex could design a folding stock for the 68
Cooles Video ! Danke! Meine FSC hab ich auf 1400-1500 PSI laufen, ist nicht explodiert 😜 Die Z-RAM Projektile funktionieren auch in der HDX ! ✌🏼

What do you think is the maximum pressure it can hold? to boost it performance?
What would I need if I already have a stock hdr .50 the 11 jule version

I'm not sure, I am only just delving into the world of HPA. This chap might know: itechlogicmedia.wixsite.com/criticalsituationsai

Holy shit 30 Joule!!!
For the price ,I would not buy anything less than 40 j unit for all the trouble that you are going through .
can you post a link where to buy one?
Got mine here: www.toro-distribution.com/
Thanks buddy, I recommend your channel all the time , Along with rune rebel. Thanks for the recommendation sir .cheers from Monterey!
Also I just ordered a 40j unit fr modern combat sports in San Diego for a really good price sir.
That piece you need to remove, is that inside the HDX?
Did you try the Grimburg Jul V2 rounds?
Yea there is a 13ci 4500 co2 tank or hpa just costs money is all
You can remove the capon the butt stock and have the hpa line come though the.hole
It's because you're using the hose, if you can do a direct mount from bottle to regulator, you'll get a lot more pressure!
My 40j HDX68 running directly with 1000psi output regulator has only 16 joules….
I need to find which part should I remove to get advantage of HPA.
@@佐々田直哉 hi have you figure it out yet? is that the real 40j version or just a lower version modified to 40j?
Your the best. What do you think of that rifle on steroids
There is another guy who also did hpa and noticed a velocity drop too.
Niggaz in a twist 😂

Do some tests with 16 shots so we can see if the pressure drops or runs out b4 the last round
If he's on that HPA tank with a regulator, he'll have fairly consistent shots well past the 16 rounds it holds

Just so happens I have one. In France we can have up to 20 Joules without a license, but I got my Cat C, just in case some kind person reported me, and the police did a spot check.
