Hi guys as u are based in Europe do you have any video related to 2015 mustang head light opening, because those headlights are sealed with permaseal and if you do please share it and give us some knowledge how to open up those headlights without cracking them or damage. Thanking you in advance
True. As a note for the regulations: cars and motorcycles built before 1-1-2007 may (!) use built-in Xenon lights in 'old' housing as described. This goes for all EU countries.
If Im not using the high beam bulb, do I need some resistors to connect the projector solenoids to the high beam wiring, will the power from the high beam be to high for the solenoids. Thanks
Would you please list all the options we should select if we want to get the same set? Would you also clarify if this setup causes issues with canbus when switched to high beam?
Is that headlight originally sealed with permaseal? I'm doing a mini H1 retrofit on a W204 C200, I'm worried that removal of the front lens will be hard. Any tips for permaseal baking and removal?
***** Thanks, found your video on scraping the permaseal in the channels, it should help the butyl rubber get a good seal. Looks like I'll have to be really careful with the timer.
I am puzzled, as it is possible to put a simple Xenon H7 lamp in the unit and a slim external ballast hat provides no Can bus errors. At least, that is what I read at Xenonlamp.nl Much less work...
Ladies and gentlemen the Flat Blade Screw Driver 💪
Simple and effective! (easier to use on headlights than on screws :-D haha)

Video fatto veramente bene.
@@Retrofitlab ok grazie 👍👍
I think you no longer need for the middle halogen bulb cause the projectors are Hi-Low

What harness was that you connect to both the solenoid? Where can I purchase one
Never! I like my Beemer too much to hack the headlight assembly.
Tuv passt?
Please read the info here; www.retrofitlab.com/blog/retrofitting-in-germany-e-mark-abe-and-tuv/
What year R1200RT was this?
The headlight itself is dated 2007
In my country, this would be illegal...

Much less work...
Yes, if you want a relatively dog shit beam pattern
That is way too much work in the first 2 minutes...
It is definitely worth it :)
what in the Hell ...
? :-)
