After listening to this, I went and listened to the original song, I now understand how you broke the replay button, because I've repeated it countless times since last night myself. Thanks for introducing me to yet another amazing song. You're getting consistently better and better, both the techniques used and the execution of the piece as a whole. As usual, looking forward to your next one!

My God, this movie is sooooo damn good. Such a shame it's not that known, godo thing I was browsing stuff about Gen Urobuchi when this movie name popped up. Had a great time. Your cover is on point as well!
Everyone here praise you for certain parts of the song, but i'm just amazed how you keep giving long and flawless performance with all those crazy techniques in it, like how many takes does it take you regularly? xD
+Blackchaos Vortex Perhaps it's more than being able to play the part. If you see Animenz perform the same pieces live, he does it flawlessly there as well. Thus, it's not like he gears up for a single recording and then forgets the piece afterwards. What I think he does is that he not only puts it to memory, but he also becomes *comfortable* playing it. The memory part shouldn't be hard if you correlate the notes to the actual song, and the comfortable part should just come from, well - You pianists should know that one.
It's been a year ago since I've posted this but yes you are right. When I practice nowadays, my muscle memory does most of the work for me cause it got comfortable and adapted to the songs I've learned. In the end it all comes down how well you mastered the song during practice before you start recording.
Hey that was awesome! I don't know exactly why, but this actually helped me a bit in coping with the lost of a younger sibling. I'm halfway across the world right now because I'm studying overseas, and I didn't have a chance to go to his funeral. The tone of the song is uplifting, and somewhat motivates me to go on with life. Danke Schön!
