after finishing the manga and looking back to the day i watched season 1 stream in 2013. The feels hit like a truck and the lyrics mean so much. If you have not read the manga and are a 'strictly' anime person then you are in for one hell of a ride.

Slight rubato and pull back makes that section feel slightly mysterious and almost as if hesitant / unsure if they want to move on or not 1:09 Jeezzz when I first heard this on the livestream I was absolutely SHOOK. I was totally expecting some arpeggios + threehand (guess I can still keep that for my arrangement huhu), but the SCALES did such a brilliant job at representing the wonderful flourishes and runs from the strings in the original. Absolutely wonderful use of scales!

Well, I can say this much: Super enthusiastic fans can gladly consume cover after cover and will scour the site to find additional renditions of their favorites. XD And I'm glad that Attack on Titan is so widely known and renowned, because there tends to be a much more limited pool of content available for lesser-known series. (Trying to find covers for Alpha from the series "Yuukoku no Moriarty" comes to mind as a prime example for myself.)

after finishing the manga and looking back to the day i watched season 1 stream in 2013. The feels hit like a truck and the lyrics mean so much. If you have not read the manga and are a 'strictly' anime person then you are in for one hell of a ride.

1:06 The emphasis there is wonderful. Slight rubato and pull back makes that section feel slightly mysterious and almost as if hesitant / unsure if they want to move on or not
1:09 Jeezzz when I first heard this on the livestream I was absolutely SHOOK. I was totally expecting some arpeggios + threehand (guess I can still keep that for my arrangement huhu), but the SCALES did such a brilliant job at representing the wonderful flourishes and runs from the strings in the original. Absolutely wonderful use of scales!

I swear this is the first (and might be the only) anime ending I would never skip when watching anime.
Back here after Part 3 is confirmed! Very happy the story will be wrapped up well, but a little sad this is not the final ED of AoT. I feel like this ED & "The Rumbling" perfectly depict Eren's character, from the lyrics to the music to the performances.
