Another great video! This theory being one of the more darker ones from this game is a very intriguing one. Ive seen people talking about how the leeches are from a mafia family because jade has mentioned that people would try to please their father with expensive gifts. I hope that we'll get a hometown event in the coral sea to see how the environment is around there and learn more about how the octotrio were raised there. The epel accent was absolutely hilarious, i had to laugh at that one since it was very unexpected.

To me they make more mentions and jokes about eating other merfolk rather than making an off mention that they may or may not have siblings. It seems to me that could also be just relying on each other since the coral sea and its deep sea counter part, are far more dangerous alone than apart. Azul making reference to this as well.
I feel like this could also correlate with the time loop theory. Maybe each time when time goes back, small things in that timeline either change or go back to how they were after a certain few rewinds. Of course, the theory involving something as gruesome and dark as either Jade and Floyd being the only ones to survive or Jade eating his siblings isn’t something small, but in the environment they grew up in it’s common to be in constant danger due to sea monsters and violent ghosts. You would be lucky to survive into adulthood and let alone start a family. Not to mention that they come from A MAFIA FAMILY which means that they weren’t introduced to such bubbly and innocent things since they were born. So maybe it does make sense that Jade ate his siblings because in real life moray(?) eels are cannibals or that they managed to survive from the constant danger around them in either their environment or from their own community around them that are trying to survive themselves.
Even more reason to be scared of Jade :D lol Honestly tho I've always felt like something was... off? with Jade. I dunno, Jade always seems like he has a hidden agenda, so even if he seems like he's doing good it feels like he's doing it for his own benefit in the long run... fitting for a character based of ursula and her eels. Maybe he's just messin with everyone by wording things to sound suspicious when there is no hidden meaning behind them (And Floyd plays along cuz... why not?) But this theory along with the theory about Jade manipulating Floyd to be the way he is and Jade's unsettling mannerism (At least I find it a bit unsettling) makes a character I'm honestly scared of XD He would have made a very well written villain (If he were to be one) of course, this is Disney... I doubt any of this will ever be confirmed, but it's fun to imagine.
