Forward Air : The Cruel King performs a stomp forward with his staff, dealing about 11- 13%, THIS CAN SPIKE if you land with the last frame of the move. Up Air : The King uses his crown to stab upward, dealing 6-8% damage but sending the enemy up for an easy combo. Good for changing multiple up-airs togheter, whimpy kill power. Down Air : The King summons a Living statue and drops it below him, acts alot like Mega man's down air, but cannot spike. Its slow but deals around 16-17% Back air : The Ice monarch performs a flip backwards with the dagger, dealing deacently high damage, but having a very visible windup. 15-17%, very deacent kill move offstage against lighter foes. Final Smash : The Cruel king shoots a glare infront of him, preventing any players hit by it to move, he's walk to the closest character in his range (If there are multiple, the other people hit by the glare will still take damage, but reduced, and will not be one shotted if they're above 85%.) and perform a Freeze Stab, like in game, Freezing the opponent and dealing around 35% damage, and if the enemy is at more than 85%, they just DIE.
