When I first started taking in work about three years ago one of my first jobs was this pole saw. Or so I thought. The shroud was from one of these, the engine from another model and the pole and saw end were from a third model. Had the devil of a time trying to figure what the hell I was working on! In the end I got it running and cutting great, so that’s all that really mattered. I still don’t know what model to call it. 😉😂🔧👍

Sounds like you had a good time piecing it together! The important part is you got it going!

I’d never throw a new carb on unless there was something physically wrong with the original, but if I did it would be Hipa. 🔧👍

Are all grommets the same size for the fuel tank across weed eaters etc?

Nope, plus some have two holes and others have three. The third one is for the fuel tank vent line.

@@Rein_Ciarfella thank you. My weed eater starting running like crap recently, is there anyway it could have ran without a fuel line and filter going all the way down in to the tank? I know I didn’t take the fuel filter or pull the line up where it sticks about 2 inches into the tank. I’ve had it for around 2 years now and it ran fine till recently.
