    It is kinda funny that W E Deming is rarely credited for the creation of lean, it's always Toyota, the Japanese and Paul Ackers of all people, but they all learnt it from Deming, an American scholar. Would like your take on that, red dot experiments, 14 points, 85% of problems come from management etc. Been enjoying the podcasts. Keep up the good work!

      Great summary of TPS. People seem to think Lean is complicated. I don’t think it is. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t hard. It is really hard to change peoples behaviours. One of the hardest things you can do across a whole organisation.
