Started taking CBD a few years ago and it changed my life. Obliterated my anxiousness, depression, and sleep issues.
I use a 100% organic full spectrum CBD oil that’s expensive but completely worth it. It doesn’t make you feel high or anything, it just makes life suck less. :)

CBD oil definitely has scientific research to support its benefits, however my approach is getting to the root cause of the problem rather than masking symptoms with a band aid approach so for that reason I don't usually recommend it to my clients on a regular basis...but I am not opposed to it either. A healthy diet and lifestyle should always be the first step to improved health.

@@ADHDThriveInstitute Exactly. I always say that lifestyle and diet changes are the first step, and if that doesn’t work, then seek other alternatives.
I tried all those and they helped but I still had problems. Then again, my ADHD is “off the charts” according to my psych, so I had to try other stuff. :)

My grandma used to say for every man made disease there is a natural remedy to cure or alleviate it. Poison bio weapon mrna vaccines even.
Anything natural has to be so much better for us than big pharma chemical drugs.
Marijuana now Thc/cbd has thousands of years proven history of use behind it without harm to us.
If it wasnt for the start og prohibition in the 50's, there would be no stigma on it today yu would think.
Big pharma work off profit not healthy people. Healthy people dont make profit for big pharma.
Where we need to go back to is old school home remedies aka barbara oneil type natural remedies and relearn all that stuff.

Do you also take pharmaceuticals along with your CBD?

@@loriodders7675 Yep. I take Mydayis in the morning and a CBD nighttime gummies right before bed.
I switched from CBD oil to the nighttime gummies in November 2023 and I really like it.
It’s full spectrum CBD so it does have a little THC but very very little. You don’t feel any high or anything.
