How to Remove a Ford Excursion Rear Door Panel

This is the procedure on how to remove the rear door panels on a 2004 Ford Excursion. Other years are probably the same, I'm just not sure. I had to replace my speakers and thought this video would help out others.

I faked my way through removing the door panels in the early 2000s on my 2000 Ex to replace the infamous door lock actuators. Fortunately, I managed to do it without my usual cursing and yarding on it only to break some magic hidden snaps.
It's time to restore my Ex that has been a lawn ornament for about 5 years. A rear door lock actuators needs replacing again as well as the window motor. I've had a series of Japanese 4x4s over the last ten years. It's sooo nice to be working on the Ex as it's simplicity compared to the over engineered Suzukis and Hondas is refreshing.
Thank for this video. I'd likely have broken off the lower tabs as I've gotten too used to pulliing magic hidden fasteners on the imports.
And thanks also for the demo without rambling verbal like too many other self help videos on UTube.
