It's part of it yes, but persistence and ability to absorb and retain knowledge and a host of other factors is what makes it. In any case, no one is born unintelligent, it just falls to whether you are lucky enough to afford good education as a starting point.

There is no tip given how the questions were given😂 what to expect like criminal law, constitutional law, civil code, commercial laws , labor laws or statutory construction😂 anyways we cannot expect 😢

In the Philippines, there is roughly one (1) lawyer for every 2,500 Filipinos, as revealed by the Foundation for Economic Freedom, an international public advocacy organization. Moreover, if lawyers are overpopulated in the Philippines, why does a case span over 5 years just to get a sentence?
