    Goods-to-Person (G2P) warehouse robots have been used for order picking for decades and is the foundation of any automated warehouse picking system, including shuttle, cube and autonomous mobile robots.
    By contrast, Brightpick Autopicker is the only mobile robot in the world that robotically picks and consolidates orders directly in the warehouse aisles. In contrast to G2P picking robots, Brightpick Autopicker does not need to travel back and forth to centralized picking stations, which means faster picking and higher throughput.
    The patented robot can pick a diverse range of products using proprietary machine vision, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms trained on more than 250 million picks to date. In addition to in-aisle robotic picking, Brightpick Autopicker can also be used for other important tasks such as Goods-to-Person picking, stock replenishment, pallet picking and dynamic slotting.
    Brightpick Autopicker is ideal for companies looking to optimize their logistics, supply chain and warehouses, including 3PLs, retailers, grocers, and pharmaceutical and medical distributors.

    I challange that if you do more then 1 qty, per sku and you do around 5 to 10 items per sku for 10 items or more goods to human will either be faster or very close

      @picsofrav great observation, and you're completely right!
      That's why in some cases when we need to pick the same item many times (e.g. for batch picking), we will automatically send the robot to a Goods-to-Person station even if the items are robotically pickable.
      However, most applications require discrete picking (we can split the order tote in half to pick up to 2 discrete orders simultaneously), which is much faster with in-aisle robotic picking.

      @@brightpickAI that’s really cool!! For example I am a c store distributor if I have a order for cases and some for singles you can use to robots one to pick and pack and one for food to human I am looking for my warehouse and your robots it is much better then other I saw for example auto store I believe

      @@picsofrav yes exactly! C-store replenishment via each picking is a sweet spot for Brightpick Autopicker, especially because our robots can reliably pick the vast majority of groceries and packaged goods. Our robots also work in a chilled environment.
      In addition, we also have a solution for post-pick order consolidation, buffer and sortation which you may find interesting: th-cam.com/video/1a4RbFhEdz4/w-d-xo.html

    awesome
    How much does each robot cost?

      great question! We don't sell the robots individually, but rather as a solution which includes the software to orchestrate the robot fleet and fulfillment process. Our smallest installation would consist of 6-8 robots.

      @@brightpickAI How much did a minimum system of 6-8 robots cost?

      @brightpickAI  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      @@DimaKoovikin typically you'd be looking at a cost of several hundred thousand dollars to purchase the solution outright. The exact amount would depend on the specific site requirements, including throughput and supporting infrastructure needed. We also offer the option to lease our robots "as-a-service", which typically costs a low-single-digit thousand dollars per robot per month (the more robots leased the lower the per-robot cost)
