These workouts are great, and I love doing them at the beach! :-) Sometimes I have trouble with cramping in my left foot when I point my toes. Any hints?
Hi Connie! Thank you for your message. I'm so glad to hear that you're enjoying our workouts! For your foot cramping, I would recommend not pointing your toes quite as far - only as far as what's comfortable for you. Sometimes dehydration can contribute to cramping, so definitely also be sure that you're staying properly hydrated. Let me know if this helps!
