Yes, if a game doesn't show on the list you can just download it from the store again. And Game Pass does transfer as I have it too and it works on my Series X.

Your save games should be on your new console and on your Xbox Live account, so the games can be deleted off the old console. I would check you are happy the save games are accessible on your new console first to be sure.
You can't, but you could add your OLD account to your Series X and make it the "home" console which means you can play the games you own with your NEW account.

you should be able to plug your hard drive in to your new xbox and move games from that to your internal storage

That should work. You should be able to move it around between them all.

With the new app, you set it up in there, under the same email/account, there is an option to set the settings the same.

Yep, you do keep them even with Xbox 360 as I see many Xbox 360 OG's playing on newer consoles with the same account

Go to xbox.com and try to sign in with the email address. It should give you options to recover your account or reset your password

Your save games should be on your new console and on your Xbox Live account, so the games can be deleted off the old console. I would check you are happy the save games are accessible on your new console first to be sure.

What do you mean by downloading them from Websites? The only way you can get games on Xbox is by disc or digitally from the Xbox store.
