1.) View: What is the nature of reality?
2.) Meditation: Practicing being aware of reality as it is (e.g. listening to our thoughts and feelings and letting go).
3.) Conduct: Applying our insights of meditation to daily life (e.g. giving, speaking kindly, telling the truth).
Doing only one practice, such as meditating, will benefit us, but only to a limited extent.
All three interrelate with each other.

Well, I've heard that also some scientists view buddhist meditation and natural sciences (and science in general I guess) as two sides of the same coin. The difference is that buddhist meditation is focused inwards (empirical study of the mind) and science is focused outwards (empirical study of the surrounding world).

What I started realizing is that I need to stay in meditation. Meaning, try to maintain some of the feeling from the meditated state. Maintain that feeling of being connected to the moment, to the now, what is happening. Doing this during a heated argument can really change the outcome of your day.
Interestingly, the bible says, pray without ceasing, meaning, pray all day long. Meditation works the same. Stay mindful all day and you will feel more in control and more connected and, ultimately, more 'you'.

This man's videos have changed my life, first I applied the avoidance of desire, ignorance, jealousy, pride and anger/hatred, that's done, now with this video, I won't apply big problem but I'll apply reality, emotions and morality (that is, sharing, helping others) in my meditation, it's really very simple (and not as hard/complicated as you think). :)

To transform, one needs 3 things:
    1) view - understand why, how, what/ nature of reality
    2)meditation - develop awareness of feelings/ emotions
    3)conduct
    - abandon (avoid unethnical behaviour)
    - develop (compassion/ wisdom/ patience)
    - discipline (avoid unethnical behaviour, accumulate virtues and try to help others & share with others)
Wishing you all the best on your spiritual path💗☸️

Doing those things will definitely befit you. However one should never try to meditate to " better him/herself". That would be like someone trying to make rough waters smooth water with a flat iron. It's counter productive and will always make the monkey brain seek future events. Instead you just silence the mind from desires and connect your senses with the surroundings. Mingyur Rinpoche you're an awesome guru, keep it up :)
