The next set for me would be to get Outlook to talk back to Excel to highlight the email recipients my "automated" email did not reach, due to either the email recipients not being in existence anymore (i.e. the individual has left the organization) or due to the attachment sent being too heavy for the email to go through or due to any other reason... Not quite sure this is possible, but would appreciate your assistance in case it is

But from outlook if suppose I have 80 bounce backs when I am exporting it into excel the output is missing emails but the text is large so it’s not taking emails which is in the end.. If u got what I am asking then please Help..

My problem is that it appears that I must have a “working” Outlook in order to use the “Excel VBA - Outlook way” I have Outlook installed but have never used it. I believe therefore that no codes of this form will work. I need to get informed about how to make the minimum in Outlook that I must in order that such a code will work. I have found not tutorials on this yet. I think it is always assumed that a person considering such a code is already competent in normal Outlook work. Did you write x1Up = xONEUp or xlUp = xLUp?

You don't need Excel VBA for this. You can do this directly from Outlook.
