OMG!! I love this tutorial! Only one thing that needs to be clarified is 100% more is the erow programing. I have been all over the net trying to figure out why it wouldn't work for me. Come to find out that the eRow = Sheet1.Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(x1Up).Offset(1, 0).Row doesn't work if you put a number1 in the (x1Up).offset part. It's not a number 1 but a lower case L as in l. The font being used makes a number 1 and a l look almost identical! I hope this helps anyone else

My problem is how to run this application, as an application like an exe file or so. The only way to run my application is to open the Excel file, go the Visual Basic Editor and Click Run (or press F5). I don't need this way of running the application. Hello Sir, I'm trying to create a userform for mass data entry. The user form has only two textboxs for data entry which are filled by the use of a bar code scanner. Instead of having to press a command button to log the information is their a way to code the userform to auto log, then clear the information automatically once the two textboxs have been filled?

Further I want the user form to be capturing basic details of an invoice such as: 1) Invoice number ( Drop down Combo box) 2) Customer Name ( Drop down Combo box) 3) Amount 4) Currency 5) DATA 1 6) Data 2 7) data 3. So Once the above is entered in the user form it should go to the invoice format in a new sheet. like this i will be raising 50 invoices to different customers so 50 sheets i the same format.Once done I shall give a print command for all invoices to print. Hi, A small suggestion... It would be great if the videos are short and quick.. Students often do not have the time to sit down and watch the entire length... Just quick clicks here and there instead of lengthy explanations.. :)
The video is a bit lengthy yes, but it's very thorough. Other lessons may be able to be recorded quickly, but something like VBA and using the code associated is getting into the more advanced, difficult excel applications.

works like a charm! :))) i was looking over the internet for a trick in regards to updating a table using userform. the userform update data in sheet 1. on the other hand, there is a table (table formatting) on sheet2 (calculation sheet) , this table contains all the data entered in sheet 1 and calculate different ration. this table in sheet 2 (calculation) is not updated automatically :(

Whenever I remark out the ranges the transfer doesn't work. The transfer button only works when it's not remarked. Also when I enter my "erow" code I keep getting *Run-Time error '424'* Object Required. the coder highlights yellow, don't know what's wrong.

If you're using the cells property in a loop then cells(i,1) will access Range("A1") if I=1
Cells(I,3) will give you Range("C10") if I=10.
