      Thank you very much for this video. I'm debating bulkhead vs regular PE seats. Bulkhead cons might be slightly less leg room while screens are stowed, no IFE during take off and landing, and no access to bags as well. What do you think?

    • @TravelwithNJSteveandSue
      @TravelwithNJSteveandSue  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@mementomori29231 We thought the leg room was great with bulkhead and did not feel cramped since there was no seat in front of us. It gave us an airy feel. The only downside to bulkhead was that the screens and table had to be pulled in and out of the side of the seat, and you do not have access to your stuff as easily since you cannot stow your personal bag under a seat in front of you. If you think you are going to need access to your personal stuff often during the flight, I would not do bulkhead, otherwise I would! Thanks for watching and thanks for asking a question! Have a great trip!

    Just FYI booze is included with all seats on international flights. It is only domestic flights that they charge for drinks on non-upgraded seats!

    Great flight. I've been unexpectedly upgraded twice on my 🇳🇱NL-NZ🇳🇿 flights and that was heavenly. I do have to say though, in my 22 years of to-ing and fro-ing I'v become so used to economy that I 'grin' and bear it. This looked ever so tempting though to see what I can arrange on my next trip. Looking forward to catching up on your adventures. Happy Sunday 😎🇳🇱🙋‍♀🇳🇿🌺

    I’ve flown PE on Delta, Air France, United and American, and DeltaOne and Business on KLM. I liked Air France’s PE the best out of everyone. It was on a newer 787-9 (I’m a fan of the 787s). We sat in the bulkhead row on the right side, and feel like it’d be at the bottom of the list if we hadn’t sat in a bulkhead row due to the shell style seats. Next, you HAVE to fly long haul business. KLM’s World Business Class official got my wife into using credit card points to find reward flights, as she can now understand my obsession with it.

      Hey, that's good to know. And you're right points are the way to go to help offset the cost of these upgrades. Sounds like you have some great experience with all the different airlines! Our last flight from Europe we came back in economy and the flight took 10 hours. It was a brutal experience! Premium economy or business would be the only way to go with anything over 5 hours in my opinion! Thanks for watching and thanks for leaving a comment. Hope your next flight is a great one!

    If you really want to impress try Delta One. Flew it to Budapest and also back home from Dublin. That is a great product.
    One last thing. The PE seats are basically domestic first class seats. There is no domestic business class on airlines in the US except maybe transcontinental flights.
