Although it may seem like we completely outclassed NYCFC, you really have to give credit to Rick for all those amazing saves. He really pulled the game together.
He will back up Blake (still get guaranteed minutes from international breaks and injuries) untill Blake hangs his cleats up. The hope is then for him to be the goalie of the future barring any transfers, I believe. We also have a really good 09 prospect so if his development keeps going well he could also have a shot at that spot. He’s only 18 learning from the goat (Andre Blake) himself so I think he will be ready and hopefully tonight built some comfidence.
please...even if you a filly fan, you have to admit that score shoulda been 4-3 filly at most. Nycfc just had bad luck and bad defending working against it.
Rick had the game of his life and they didn't give him motm
Always favors attackers.
I agree
@@Theperfecthatrickagree but red bulls better. But rock had a amazing game
@@JustinVilardo when Red Bull wins the rivalry again maybe they are better.
Freese still wearing that Union jersey - my guy!!
I was going to say that I can't imagine watching this match as a NYFC fan, but I had to watch the Eagles-Falcons game Monday night so I get it.
Despite having no possession or anything it was still domination because every time we had the ball we scored
I was an nycfc fan at the game and even I got a picture with philys goalie amazing performance

I would like to see more. But, so far, I like it! He has stops, flair and more personality than Semmle, which to me is a positive.
I think Blake wud approve him. He seems like d real deal
The smaller size of the field makes 11 vs 11 world football more exciting. I like it.
It's unfortunate when the stadium is full and the club loses the match and the full stadium
Playoffs are still in sight! DOOP!
Its impossible to win games with so many gk and defensive mistakes, as well as so many missed chances!
Hey Rick where’s Morty
One player has a bad day, ok. The whole team has a bad day, the syars really aligned lol
A day to NYCFC fans and players to forget...
Well at least we still own NYCFC
NYCFC playing like goofies
MLS truly blows
Nyc is an embarrassment in front of goal.
